    Alltid lika underbart att få njuta av en svit av fantastiske Georg Philipp Telemann. I det här fallet en svit som ingår i hans så kallade Tafelmusik från 1733.

    This overture is reminiscent to that of Atalanta composed by Handel.

      @@LeBlaq As always, Telemann. Händel is known for having "borrowed" as many as sixteen themes from Telemann's Musique de Table

      @@Kardewski I should be horrified. But since Haendel has well invested his 'borrowings', I'll look the other way!

      That's the one thing positive, he had an eye for quality. - Normally, I think nothing of pitting composers against each other, but Händel is inviting it: a comparison of just these two overtures will show who the far greater composer was
