I have a UMX make phone given to me by a friend not sure what version of android it's running, but it's stuck looping the system startup (bootup) and can't get past it, can you help?
My Moto G5 went into a bootloop and this video fixed it! Safe mode worked and I didn't see that on any other video. It was the efing McDonalds app, POS.
OmG it really worked my phone was stuck on the logo screen for 3 straight hours and I did as you said by plugging in the charger and hold down the power button for 30 seconds and it worked thanks alot
tried it all but non of these worked, my phone was stuck on "phone is starting" screen. figured it was probably because of the ridiculously big app ive installed and didnt know this would happen. had to factory reset and lose all my files, now im crying cuz i see the word "welcome!" on my phone :::D

So i have two phones an LG ThinQ 6 which will not connect to the internet i have tried a factory reset everything you can think of but it it will not connect. When I press the wifi button it will immediently turn of without even connecting or searching for a network of router how can i fix this? The other phone is a Samsung Galaxy s8 whish i really ove but i dont know what happened because it randomly started to restart every couple minutes so i panicked and wrote down the phone numbers from my phone before forcing it to restart and it kept restarting but the i factory reset it and now not only will it not turn on but it will keep reseting then when i power it off and turn it back on it will go to the reboot screen every single time. Could you please help me with either one of these problems? I dont want to spend more money on phones since these ones are my favourite.
I can do non of that at all since it does not even react to pressing the power button for 30 seconds to turn it off. The only thing I can do is press the power button plus volume up and down to restart it and it just enters the same boot screen that it has been on for 5 hours.
@@GuidingTechCom I'm using a samsung galaxy A51 and a few days ago it suddenly crashed and the power button did not seem to work. When I tried a hard restart it got stuck on the start screen. I left it there to let the battery die for about 5 hours to see if that could fix it. But trying to charge it back up it did not seem to be charging at all. After leaving it in the charger all night it did not change anything. I cant enter safe mode or other bios setting because I'm unabe to even turn it off without letting the battery die or turn it on ofcource. I asked a phone repair shop and they said they saw it before and it is a software update problem. I just came back home from that and it would not be fixed soon and cost about $65 at another repair shop because they dont have the tools for it. It seems I need to find a way to fix the software update or reset it, but I cannot enter any config.
It's likely a recently installed app. Otherwise, you'll have to Uninstaller each app one at a time to find the culprit. I'm trying to do the same for my Dad's phone.

What happens if the volume button is damaged? Is there another way that can be used other than using the volume button?

What did you end up doing? My phone won't respond to anything other than force restart and even then it stays stuck on the Samsung logo

Make sure to recovery your data in your computer by connecting your phone with a usb with it before the factory reset or wipe out

@@rEdQUINOX It was unfortunately a motherboard problem and I had to get it fixed at a repair shop. They did manage to keep my data though.

You just need to pray my phone does this every time and i usually have to reboot it like 20-30 times and leave it alone for like 10 minutes or more
