On A23 Ultra, at 8:13 after *#*0#*, I don't get a VERSION button. Only variance I'm noticing is that your phone is English UK which makes me think the model is different that mine which is US and my start just says English (Not English US and drop down doesn't have an English UK option). I even added English UK in Language Input. Also when resetting keyboard, personalization settings, I'm not getting an ERASED data confirmation (6:09)🤷
So I guess you removed the Frp using another phone or computer so it would look like you turned off Frp.......resetting keyboard and then randomly doing a bunch of stupid numbers on emergency dialer won't and never has turned off Frp......
