Finally first night in my van and true form sitting back with a beam watching you guys cheers
Oh wow, a huge congrats! That is super exciting! I hope it's been an amazing 1st night for you!
Also going into Notch Point, there is a prawn farm where you can buy a box of freshly frozen prawns, delicious watching the sun go down with a cold beer.
Oooh yum that sounds amazing! I love prawns, hope you enjoy!
Trial Bay at South West Rocks is a great water front site. It is National park but I have family there that will look after Bob for a few nights.
Oh wow, that sounds amazing and you are so kind! Bob is an absolute energy ball! They would have their hands full for sure!
Loved it, you never disappoint. Yes pls bush camp. We watched and saved on WikiCamps.
We watch religiously, we watch other RUclipsrs but always finish with you guys, as we know we will be entertained. We always laugh, Dercyk is like a kid in a candy shop. He’s the twin of hubby. Even the way he says ‘starving’ 😂😂😂
😂😂😂 ahhh thanks Sharon, that's lovely feedback. Omg you have a Deryck too! 😂 yes will look at a bushcamp one. We really appreciate the support and feedback. Hope you have a great weekend!
When Deryck interrupts himself 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. And Sue….perb 😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂 deryck interrupting himself nearly finished me off! Top class 😂
What a great Vlog - guy’s you are bang on with your topics, love your enthusiasm and living the dream. Sorry for not commenting on some previous vlogs just been a bit crook. Please keep doing what you’re doing because to me it is brilliant, Well done my friends 👍👍👍
We love taking the van to Teewah Beach. Easy to get to beachfront camping 😊
Loved it - great episode. I don’t know how you manage to find time to put out two vids a week, but it’s great
😂😂😂 I don't know how we do it either, especially with me working fulltime, just love what we do and love interacting with our viewers!
Lists and countdowns definitely seem to be popular atm👍. I especially like the way you have put your top 10 in point form in your description
Thanks so much for the feedback, really appreciate it and hope you enjoyed it!
You guys have grown on me. For people travelling to sa, water can be cold here, suggesting oct to end march. Pick your days you are on the beach, a 10 out of 10 can look like a 3 with colder windy weather.
Thanks so much for the feedback we really appreciate it! Yes weather makes all the difference and we have had some really bad weather on the beach and it is foul!
Nsw Hay Sandy Point Camp Ground
Great video, always a pleasure to watch your videos
Tha ks so much Mrk, we appreciate that you take the time to watch us and comment. Hope you have a lovely weekend!
Enjoyable episode as always. As an NT resident I agree Robin Falls is a brilliant spot but can be very busy during July and NT long weekends as it is an extremely popular local camp spot
Hi guys just finished watching this episode and hubby and I would have to agree with you that Gumma Reserve is an absolute bomb. I grew up in this area but now live in the New England area of NSW. Thanks for the rest of your tips I have saved these for our big lap. Cheers and safe travels
Great episode👍🏼you guys always seem to entertain😊
Thanks you, that is lovely feedback!
Top 10's 👍
Thanks Corey, appreciate the feedback!
Thanks for your great video, we love these videos because we can get ideas on where to go and what time of year, sites,😊 and bookings.
Great job loved it.
great tips and reviews. added all to favorites on Wikicamps
That's awesome, glad it was useful. Thanks as always for the support
We went to Notch Point and it rained the night before we left. A 13 ft hybrid slid completely off the track at the start of the way out due to it. Luckily lots of other campers and a few with winches to pull them out and their van and car had not flipped. Was a hairy drive out for us after they were finally rescued.
Loved the spot however.
Loved bobby's new colour another great video lots of beautifull camps in wa another great shot of the clock but need lots more creativity derek❤
This was a great vid put together really well. Enjoying your vids and travel very much thank you for sharing

Hi guys , GREAT vid good tips thanks for sharing, we would love to see an inland/ bush camp top camps too that would be awesome.
We have done Tons of bush camping/prospecting in WA and love the bush camps so much. The interruptions are anticipated and looked forward to now mate your'e a pleasure to watch both of you having a laugh , love your videos, keep it up 👍
Have you guys been to Lara wetlands? It's near Barcaldine. We just left and absolutely loved it.

Try Wellington Dam near Collie WA, Free camping off Collie rd we love it ! Opposite side to Honeymoon pool and Sandy cape near near Jurien Bay
Gotta save this one for my travels next year. Great stuff! What about top 5 or 10 desert spots or trips?
Thanks Jason, yes we are going to be doing a bush camp one as well! Good luck with your preparations for travel!
I want to travel but i would love to know the negatives about it. So many people say how perfect it is. One day you might do a video on it. I watch all your videos so thank you.
Thanks Maree, we appreciate your feedback. We have done annepisode on challenges on the road it 100% isn't always easy and can be challenging!
Get down to Victoria/ NSW on the Murray river all free and dog friendly absolutely love it
Gumma , Macksville nsw off the pacific hwy, not the Bruce 🤣🤣 great spot. Sealed road but can get packed out at times …. Cheers for promoting my home 👍🍺
Thanks so much, will let Deryck now. Great little camp and a great spot! Have a great week!
Great Episode guys ❤
You two are a crack-up ❤
Hey guys love your channel❤️ why do you cover the clock now in your midweek vids? Keep up the good work
Good Afternoon 😊Awesome list of beautiful places 👏🏼 Safe Travels & enjoy the adventures 😊👍🏼 Greetings Mates From South Africa 🇿🇦
Awesome Ep guys and great camping spots you shared with us
Thanks Craig, glad you enjoyed it. Have a greay week!
Haha 😄 Sue cacking herself got me good! 😂 Lucky enough to live on the Fleurieu peninsula, and yes the weather can be average during winter for places like Rapid bay . But you can get some absolute golden days in winter. And when its green its amazing.
It is our favourite state! Just stunning and so many hidden gems along the coast! Yes agree you can have amazing days in winter but we froze over the 3 months we spent in Gawler over winter 😂 jealous that you live where you do, just a stunning area!
@@suelandolt6840 Yes very lucky living in wine country in Mclaren vale but living vicariously through you guys travelling around! Enjoy!
Hey guys just thought I'd let you know about a local camp site you might not know well 2 of them is a place outside broom called barred creek take the left hand track and first on your right promise you won't be disappointed the other is in the nt called gunn Point and both are free gunn Point you camp right on the beach let me know what you think brett and rosie
Oh wow thanks guys, that's awesome. We should be hitting Broome soon so will drf check it out. Thanks so much for taking the time message!
Loved Lake Proserpine, but one we liked even better down in NSW is Bloweringng Dam , went for 2 days and stayed 9 in Xmas school holidays and it wasn't even busy. If you go in on the Batlow side its classed as State Forest and you can take your dog.......Tumut side is National park and you have to pay a fee. Lots of camping spots, we stayed at Platypus Campground. Bonus of going in at Batlow is you can buy fresh Apples on the roadside and the campground had lots of Blackberries to pick.....free fruit.
This sounds like an amazing spot, thanks so much for sharing. Great tip about the State Forrest. I love State Forrest stays. And berries in the campsite 😍🤩
Robin Falls
We were camping in our Avan at Robin Falls when you guys called in. We started watching your channel from then. See your episode 28.
Thanks for the inspiration over the past couple of years.
Brett & Lisa from Darwin
That is so awesome guys! So glad to hear you enjoy the content. Would have loved to meet you! We do love Robin Falls, such a great little camp! Thanks for watching and the support.
Top 10 of everything 😊 ❤
😂😂😂 thanks so much, better get started then 😂
Great episode keep them coming enjoy watching them whilst in our van on the road.
Thanks so much Peter, much appreciated it. Hope your travels are going well and you are enjoying it!
Bruce Hwy is only in Queensland. Mack’s ville is in NSW
Loved this episode guys. Yes, please do more vids like this, excellent info on your favorites. Thankyou.
Thank you, we weren't sure whether it would be good to view but glad you enjoyed it! Have a lovely evening!
I haven’t watched all of your videos but are you concerned regarding the 1080 in WA for Bob ?
Also what about weight on your van & vehicle .? We are told you can be pulled over by authorities & fined should you be over just wonder how you manage this ? We will be having ours professionally checked before we take off
Yes we are definitely concerned about the 1080 bait. Bob is never off lead if we are outside and I watch him like a hawk, check surrounds for bait, I dont let him in or near the bush. It's very concerning and yes I definitely recommend a proper weigh in before you start travelling have to ensure your payload is enough to accommodate you.
G'day u 2! Howz the ol red dirt on the Bobster!! 😂 😂 & ya couch xx not sure if i told u guys but we will be travelling with our 2 greyhounds to Airlie beach on the 27th August for 8 weeks for our daughters wedding! they live there lucky Buggers! what tips do you guys have regarding how long do you drive for before giving the Bobster a toot break? also any great free camps for dogs from say NSW-QLD XX
Thatbis awesome Marni, how exciting! Sure youbwillnhave a great trip, Airlie is beautiful! I will have to compile a little list for you and share it!
What’s with covering the clock 🤔
Clock is skew and on with 2 sided tape. Can't straighten it until we have more 2 way tape so just cover it as it's irritating viewers 😂
@@suelandolt6840 😂
We know you can’t name them all, but I think you would have enjoyed Perlubie Beach on Eyre peninsula.
We loved Perlubie and it was a big discussion as to whether we include Perlubie. A magic spot and spent our favourite Christmas there!
Go you good thing can you please do top 5 or 10 best river camping thanks guys keep up the good work 🍻🍻🍻🍺🫣🫣
Great call David, we will put on together. Thanks so much for the suggestion. Have a great weekend!
Funny buggers u 2! but stop interupting yourself D! 😂 😂
😂😂😂 he is hilarious! That made my day 😂
Coen if free great spot
Yes it is superb! We loved it and it was a total surprise to us 😊
Bobby the red healer 🧡
Love this video!!! Nothing better than a good camp with a water view 👌🏼 added these to our list for lap 2
Bobs filfy gee he's put red dirt all over the couch thats all im looking at now dont worry about the clock , he needs a squirt with the hose 😂
😂😂😂 I know he is revolting! Poor little thing needs a bath desperately! 😂
What? Cleaverville didn't make the top ten but Quobba did? Can't believe it. Our favourite site not just in W.A. but in the whole of Australia :)
Cleaverville!? Oh no we missed a top spot!!! Will have to check it out, thanks for the tip! 😊
So much red dirt lol Go Bobby
Maaaate, I cant deal! 😂😂😂
Barra Crab Caravan park at Clare view 3km off the Bruce Hwy offers water front off grid Caravaning, there is a restaurant sells alcohol not far from the Notch Point turn off.
Sounds awesome, thanks so much for sharing, that sounds like a top spot! 😊
DO YOU GUYS SELL THAT POCKET BEHIND YOU? its a bloody ripppppa size!
Sorry to interrupt...😅😅😅 I lost it ❤😂
I did lose it, he is so funny! It absolutely made my day! 😂
Also vote for top 10 (or 20!) overall... beach or no beach :)
Thanks so much for the feedback, really appreciate you taking the time to comment. Hope you have a great weekend!
OMG Bobby...the red dirt! You need a bath
😂😂😂 we all need a bath! He is so dirty poor little chap!
1770?
Yes 1770 is great, it looked superb, but we didn't manage to get a waterfront spot!
@@suelandolt6840 maybe next time! We loved it
BLOW OUT OF THE HOLES!!!! CMON D!! STOP 😂 😂
😂😂😂 I know right! You would have seen my game when he said it but I managed not to say anything! 😂
Is it not Bizarre? We let humans into national parks . But responsible pet dog owners are not. I Know who does more damage.....
100% agree with you! Wouldn't necessarily have to even get the dog our the cat. Difficult when you can't find a pet sitter!
The dogs aren’t the problem its the irresponsible owners that don’t restrain then, I have seen dogs attack other animals that were restrained, their response was SORRY how about severely fining them and even thrown them in jail hold them accountable!!
@@Jm-bp5zw I live in Victoria where you can get stolen your second greatest purchase, time over again ( your car ) Then they get let out again to do it again. I wish i had a horse for transport for i know that if it was stolen, in the past. There was a price..
