No need to apologize brothers, we all know the respect is huge between both countries, you guys have such good energy, anyway the future looks good for South Africa rugby the talent you guys have is out of this World, I can see a ten year Springbok domination era coming up, I got a feeling in 20 years time when I'm 65 I'll be telling my grandkids how the Allblacks use to be like the springboks 😢
I would say …it’s more the older generation that have the huge respect. Young generation does not remember what rugby and the rugby rivalry was like. Nowadays, especially on social media, Saffas flood every rugby channel from Ireland, England, Australia, NZ etc and belittle the other teams or simply brag about how great they are. South Africans are definitely not humble winners and show zero respect to the teams they have faced. And for this very reason, I see the love and respect between both countries fading fast.
hahah - I see 2027 WC being close. NZ has very young and raw talent - and at the end of the day, your best era ever won a WC by 1 and we were only slightly off at Ellis Park. We (ABs are too inexperienced at the moment). I'm sure NZ will get the youngsters Mounga and Frizzel back (and soon have 3-4 marquee players who can be selected from overseas). Cam Roigard at 9 (the new Aaron Smith) will be back. This Abs team may need another year. Don't forget, Aussie was close vs your B team before the old dogs brought it home. And some of the old dogs will be too old in 27. Or are they hanging around?
@@HeeniKeke the respect will return when the era fades, it always does. NZ has great talent but is too raw in 2024, the ABs simply need more time - 2027 is the perfect timing for us. I'm not sure wh the young folk would not show respect, wasn't that the first SA win at Ellis park v ABs for a long time?
@@nzfreeski It’s more that society changes over time. I’m in my 60s. Rugby wasn’t professional when I started watching, The way games are covered and previewed now is different because of social media. The interaction between fans from different teams only became a thing with social media. Everything was so different when you go back 50, 70 years etc. It’s a massive difference now as to how fans would treat each other despite their team winning or losing.
What a fantastic interview and Rudy and Brad seem like proper friends. Also, the advice to youngsters and the happiness and laughter the interview was performed with. What did Ruan Pienaar say again? Something about 'n mens en 'n lekker mens? 😂😂😂 Thank you Juan and Rudy for always sorting out the ruckas 🎉
Gents, we (NZ) were not good enough at Ellis Park, we lacked consistency in the last 20 minutes when the Boks bench came to the fore and clawed things back. Tons of analysis done, but simply put we must be better against what is one of the best Bok teams I've seen over the decades with tremendous depth, mix of youth and experience. I don't care if you have a plane flying over or loads of noise during the haka, do what you want.......

Love it. Keep it up
As a 60 year old Kiwi I agree with Brad re the Haka reception. In away games the hosts should choose how to react.
Yes I agree, however letting off fireworks and a DJ playing music isn’t appropriate in my opinion
agree completely -
