    Thank you so much...you explain the technique here so clearly and well🙏
    I found out about this exercise on a breathing app, and it’s been a HUGE game changer in my life. It’s unbelievable to me that this isn’t more well known...
    Not only is it tremendously effective against just general, annoying, ruminating anxiety, but also depression. And it straight up slaughters my panic
    I flew home today, and the turbulence was pretty intense for awhile. In the past, that has thrown me into full blown, embarrassing panic attacks that are pretty evident to all around me....but doing Okinaga felt like having Xanax on tap...without any side effects!

    I love that tip to breathe in the back of the nasal passages
