when you sterilze the accumulated used and packaged spore tubes, do you also do the test for these to ensure the spores were properly killed before disposing in garbage?

What if, test ampoule is not properly crushed, will their be a growth of microorganisms ie. Will Color change take place????

Packing reduces the risk of the flask accidentally bursting due to pressure or invisible cracks.

Reagan Charkhtabian use which ever cycle you are using , they should sanitizer the instruments, hence spore test should work on all cycles
