How are you showing proof that testing was done for inspections if you are throwing them away once a month.
I have one question. What if, test ampoule is not properly crushed, will their be a growth of microorganisms ie. Will Color change take place????
They are not called indicators!
Where i can buy that spor test and the small machine?
I believe you were supposed to write down the test results and then mail in not throw in the trash
do u have to pack the indicators when sterilizing it?or you can simpy just put it in the autoclave without packaging it?
Packing reduces the risk of the flask accidentally bursting due to pressure or invisible cracks.
Which cycle do u run when doing the sport test.. I’m still unclear
Reagan Charkhtabian use which ever cycle you are using , they should sanitizer the instruments, hence spore test should work on all cycles
when you sterilze the accumulated used and packaged spore tubes, do you also do the test for these to ensure the spores were properly killed before disposing in garbage?
