  • Here is Harry to take you through the important and slightly atypical headset installation on the front of the Bullitt. Take notes....watch carefully and keep your Bullitt steering knife like in it's precision.

My fork assembly is loose, slight rocking. Should I tighten it or replace the bearings?

You should try tightening it for sure first. Rocking in the headset is most likely because it is loose, not because the bearings are worn. Cheers

Fantastic video ! It is also good luck to firmly tighten the cone down then spin the fork around 13 times. Guaranteed good carma...bikema..
(When you spin the fork around the bearings will seat, only then do you loosen and adjust the headset - You do this gently before the force of the roadways hammers on the bearings. You'll find that thousands of kilometers later the headsets remain in perfect adjustment. Quality bikes get quality parts and quality love).
