Im not on gear and i do these workouts all the time. If everything you do outside the gym is shit you have no room to speak. Nutrition and rest have to be on point. No alcohol or bullshit in your diet and you will recover perfectly.
My question is, how does Milos do this on a public gym during peak hours? Lol it must be such a pain for others to wait for those massive giant sets to be over 😂 But man I've always enjoyed watching Milos train the pros 👍

@@marcoshaydar2749 Wise thing would be to think about everything, try to make sense out of it...and if it makes sense - try it. If you pay attention - we didn't use heavy loads...We use heavy duty exercises separately, at the beginning of the workout. The goal here is "metabolic stress type of hypertrophic stimulus"...crazy pump, volumisation...If you go heavy, of course you need more rest as your nervous system requires it...but point in giant sets is exactly that - muscle recovers fast and you don't want to give the time for recovery, but change the station within 10 seconds and continue stimulation same muscle group with different variable (grip, tempo, angle, type of contraction, time under tension....etc)

So 50% of the rutine will be heavy and 3min rest then i will try supersets . I need to looss some fat so maybe that will help . I am huge BB fan training sice 99.
