    Lu Chen Hui is built awesome even in that sweatshirt! He could do classic with that shape! Depending on how he looks at his weight cap ofc. He might be too wide to fill out at a classic weight cap and have to do the open but the shape is definitely very classic.

      @@jem2869 And people get triggered when you point out. The volume and intensity on this is huge even tough the load is not that great. Try to do this witout any juice and just be overtrained asap

      Im not on gear and i do these workouts all the time. If everything you do outside the gym is shit you have no room to speak. Nutrition and rest have to be on point. No alcohol or bullshit in your diet and you will recover perfectly.

    My question is, how does Milos do this on a public gym during peak hours? Lol it must be such a pain for others to wait for those massive giant sets to be over 😂

      But your style need alot of cardio
      Not saying that dont work.
      Just saying not.my style
      I cant recover in 10 seconds

      @@marcoshaydar2749 Wise thing would be to think about everything, try to make sense out of it...and if it makes sense - try it. If you pay attention - we didn't use heavy loads...We use heavy duty exercises separately, at the beginning of the workout. The goal here is "metabolic stress type of hypertrophic stimulus"...crazy pump, volumisation...If you go heavy, of course you need more rest as your nervous system requires it...but point in giant sets is exactly that - muscle recovers fast and you don't want to give the time for recovery, but change the station within 10 seconds and continue stimulation same muscle group with different variable (grip, tempo, angle, type of contraction, time under tension....etc)

      Yes if i reduce alot the load maybe a will do 2 o 3 exercicies in a row.
      After heavy sesion. So 50% of the rutine will be heavy and 3min rest then i will try supersets .
      I need to looss some fat so maybe that will help .
      I am huge BB fan training sice 99.
      Not good genetics but alot of love and years for this.
      Thank you 4 you take time to answer not evrey one do it.
      Iam doing smith machine for chest and delts press.
      I hope you trust in the smith machine like i do
