Kashmiri Chilli powder is all you need to take this to the next level. Just a half teaspoon takes this to a whole new level without adding much heat. Use that instead of Cayenne. You're welcome!

I made rice to go with it, but it was actually better without the rice! Thank you so much for these great recipes. You make my life easier and cooking more enjoyable!

Lots of recipes call for boneless chicken thighs but I have a hard time finding them, especially boneless. Don't know if that is common or just one more shortage because of the pandemic.
I have to ask..why do YOU prefer chicken thighs over boneless skinless chicken breast cut into the same portion size? Is it texture, taste, chewiness? I'm really curious and would like to know why.. Jeff, it’s certainly a new approach but I think stating it results in the same flavour profile is a bold, and some may say arrogant, claim. I would suggest you check out www.pipingpotcurry.com. All of the other ingredients are not dissimilar to yours... minus the Boursin and maple syrup, of course. She has a chicken tikka masala recipe also which I’m sure is as good as the paneer one from my read of it. I assume the syrup counters the gran masala. Is that correct?

I will likely make this version when it gets colder But Boursin? Reallly? I doubt you could even find Boursin anywhere in India.

Chicken breast overcook easily and can dry out. Chicken thighs will stay juicy over a higher or longer cook time.
The correct pronunciation is: Teek huh not Ticka!
