- Sheikh Abdurraheem GREEN formerly Anthony Green,was born in Dar-es-salaam in Tanzania. His father was a colonial administrator in the then extant British Empire. By the time he was walking the old colonies were getting their independence, and his family moved back to the UK. He was sent to a Roman Catholic Monastic boarding school, Gilling Castle and then onto Ampleforth College. It was there that he really started to question what life was all about and how much sense the traditions he was being brought up with really made.
It was while he was working in the City (London) that his delving into every aspect of spirituality, philosophy and psychology came to a head. It was then when he picked up a copy of the Quran and upon reading it he was convinced that it was revelation from God, and thus started his journey into Islam. This was in 1987. Since that time he has been involved in letting others know about Islam.
He is well known for his efforts at the renowned "Speaker's Corner" in London's Hyde Park. Currently, he is engaged in different activities including media work (Peace TV and Islam Channel)
i remember watching this brother on video when i was 13, he spoke of the purpose of life and that everything has a purpose in life. our clothes is to cover us and keep us warm, we have a clock to tell us time, sun to give the earth existence. so why we here? whats our purpose? after he said all those things, i started praying the next day. mashallah to this brother

Bro. I know you mean good. I mostly use holy ghost water to pass the clear, straight forward truth of Islam,, Considering the fact that no matter how truth is distinct from false beliefs, im morethan convinced that there will always be false lovers who will never and i repeat never accepts the truth. Jesus PBUH according to the Bible most times use holy ghost fire to pass his message to his disciples remember! Im only using terms that they use against Muslims which to me fits them like a glove.

It is quite offensive to the Germans to say nazi germany, but that`s the way things are. To say the core beliefs of Christianity (Trinity) does not make sense is like saying it is a man made doctrine, which cannot be proven wrong.
It is more easier to disprove self existence than to disprove the existence of God. To most people the new term Athiests seems to sound like the enemies of God.

Allahu Akbarr! Atheist should listen to this lecture cause it makes complete sense for thinking minds. Islam provide answers to all questions and it is Rational, while Atheism and Christianity are Delusional. I invite Mankind to Peace through submission to the will of God as the only path to his Divine favours :(((((((
Turn the other cheek (matthew 5:39) why? in the bible Jesus is/was so peaceful i suffer because I follow him it dosn't seem fair.
You're not going to get very far in getting people on board with Islam if you go around saying things like "Atheism and Christianity are Delusional."
That sort of rhetoric isn't very attractive to anyone. Wouldn't you find it slightly offensive if a Christian said "Islam is Delusional."?
I'm not here to debate atheism or religion or Islam. I think you're oversimplifying the atheist/agnostic mindset though, and I promise you you'll never get someone to convert or to believe in God if you tell them that they are "delusional."
You have to have more respect than that or no atheist will listen to you. If you want to share the glory of God and the beauty of Faith, you must explain it in those terms! Tell them about how God has changed your life instead of how delusional they are!
