The downloaded file works great when decoded in Atmos. But the RUclips sound isn't encoded in Dolby Surround (matrix) correctly. This is easy to do using DVDfab Atmos to 2.0 downmix.

Agree. I DLed 2 of these files from the link provided. NO Atmos, in fact no audio playing at all. All other Atmos Demos on my flash drive work fine.
