Excellent haul! ❤ The blue pearl necklace was my favorite. Dani, thanks so much for taking us along to shop with you; I'm learning so much. This past week I was at a little thrift store and a large brightly colored purse caught my attention. It was $40 (NWT) and I was going to leave it because that's a bit spendy for me, then I saw the brand was Brahmin and remembered your saying that was a good brand. I took a chance and bought it and later found it's worth about $300 retail.
I want to take this opportunity to wish you Danni and Noah and Rachel and Jordan, and hubby and all the furry, feathers, shells, scaly critters and last, but not least my favorite Rachel's new horse a very merry Christmas, and a prosperous new year in the Lord Jesus Christ, the reason for the season. God's blessings be upon your family.❤
Pamelakoester734. I probably saw you there! Those were the years my mom and I would take the train from DeKalb into Chicago to go to MF.(and all the other fun stores on State Street!) We would always start at Fields...what great days those were, huh?😊❤ Merry Christmas and hope your year ahead is a happy and healthy one for you and your loved ones!
I need to ask; when you are dealing with $5-10 profit margins, how are you handling shipping costs? Are you passing along the cost of boxes, bubble wrap, tape, time to list, etc? Or do you simply break even on these items as a way to bring in affordable items for new buyers?
Buyers pay for shipping, I get a commercial rate so there is a small difference between that and what the customer pays that offsets the cost of materials.
You showed a purse that had SAS on it. In Texas there is a quality shoe company called San Antonio shoes. They use the initials SAS. Perhaps that purse came from that store. I have a pair of SAS shoes and love them! I’m originally from Texas, but currently live in New Hampshire. ❤ 35:09
The Assistance League is my FAVORITE Thrift Store for you to film and shop in! The merchandise is routinely a level above the chain thrift stores in Las Vegas. Thank you for including it in your schedule. Dog Junkies is my next close top favorite. 🤩 I thought I might let you know! You know me, I’m not afraid to speak up to share my opinion! This excursion to The Assistance League was a success as usual, thank you for the experience. There are several items I’ll be watching for in The Niche Lady Shop. 😊 > ❤🎉❤

Merry Christmas Dani and your sweet family, hope Santa brings you lots of goodies😂 Looking forward to a new year getting shop done with our favorite Niche lady❤
Dani, that cute piece of clothing looked like a quilted.vest to me. It is meant to be worn over sweaters, blouses, turtlenecks. I think it would have looked really cute on you.
My French Canadian isn’t great but @ 16:21 the China set is phonetically called, with a soft “a” “a-tell-yay”. Accent on tell. I appreciate that you always try even if you’re not sure. So many treasures Danni. Exciting to watch. ❤
@ our Quebec province speak what we call French Canadian. It is said this way to distinguish it from the European French as you have said you are, quite different as they would tell you! We were taught French Canadian language in school for many years. I am a 5th generation Canadian born in Ontario.
Crazy enough I am actually born and raised in Alliston Canada. Yes Alliston is approximately 45 minutes away from the town where Blue Mountain Pottery was created. Hope this helps!
Wow, that's a lot of nice finds. We don't have an Assistance League in my area, but if we did, I would definitely go there. It's set up so nice, everything is clean, and I didn't see anything ridiculously overpriced. I hope you are having a very Happy Birthday as I type this! 🎉🎂🎉 Have a great day! 💞💕💞
I've looked this up before; thought it was a good time to do it again. "When an elephant has its trunk down, it typically signifies a state of calmness, contentment, and relaxation; it's a sign that the elephant feels safe and secure, often seen when they are resting or eating, and can be interpreted as a positive display of trust and comfort, especially in the context of human interaction with elephants. Key points about "elephant trunks down": Positive connotation: In most situations, seeing an elephant with its trunk down is considered a positive sign, indicating a relaxed and peaceful state. Feng Shui significance: In Feng Shui practices, an elephant statue with its trunk down is often associated with bringing good luck, prosperity, and tranquility to a space. Elephant behavior: When an elephant lowers its trunk, it's usually a sign that it feels comfortable and not threatened. "
Thanks for taking me shopping with you Danni. I must admit, I always get a thrill when I see something British. If I had been with you in person, I would have picked up the Sheffield Plate Salt & Pepper pots for myself.
Danni I wear a vest over sleeves usually long sleeves in our climate Ont Canada I vacationed in Alliston as a child with my grandfather beautiful memories.
I love the micromosaic pin‼️‼️ I've got a couple of them. The trash can is really pretty, Virgie would be happy you kept it. Your nails look really pretty, Danni! Hope you yave a wonderful Christmas 🎄 🤶🎅‼️
that blue glass ball I would put a battery light in it turn the lights out and use the wall to show the decorations. Don't forget to measure your bird picture
I watch you shop because you show what's on the shelves more and I spy lol. I'm looking for a black teapot with red and white painted diamond face. It would be a real old piece. I really can't describe it as easy as see it in my mind lol😅 Thank you for sharing your shopping. 😂❤
@ I live in N AZ and have seen a lot of production pieces come up from the border. I think it’s a great thing to protect our trees, guess I have been a tree hugger for yrs.
@ This is what I found. Since 1994, the Mexican government has protected the tree and required permits for those wishing to cut them for fuel or charcoal, but while Arizona and California also require permits to own, possess or transport ironwood, Nabhan says enforcement has been weak.Jan 24, 2024
SAS is not called SASS, it's pronounced by the initials, S-A-S (San Antonio Shoemakers), and any particular style or color may be manufactured in the U.S., or Italy, or both locations
Thank you Danni, always appreciate all your knowledge, and that you make it so much fun!
Great video 🎉🎉 I love how you do the haul at the end. Wow all that beautiful jewelry. My favorite was the handmade basket. 😊
Love this store, Dani. It’s like a breath of fresh air from Goodwill.
Love everything you found! Thanks for taking us along! ❤
Hi Danni! Maybe put a light inside the blue vase then you can see etching better? Just a thought!

Great video! On the blue vase glass, could you put a light string inside to see if it would show the etchings for photos?

Atelier is French for workshop, no such thing as French Canadian. I live in Canada originally from France

Oh I love that you looked up the artist info. I do that too when I find a piece I just have to bring home.
Lots of good stuff Dani!! Love all the jewelry too ❤🎄🎄🎄🎄
Crazy enough I am actually born and raised in Alliston Canada. Yes Alliston is approximately 45 minutes away from the town where Blue Mountain Pottery was created. Hope this helps!
SAS is San Antonio Shoe Co. Texas made leather Co. Good product.
The green brooch looks like Connemara marble from Ireland. Happy Holidays, Danni!
This thrift store is so different not the norm, not overly stuffed ❤
Happy Holidays to you and your family!🎅🏼🤗🎄

I remember in the late 70's, early 80's we used those pins on sweaters. Especially cowl neckline es.
Your nail polish color is beautiful with your skin tone!
Thanks for taking me shopping with you Danni. I must admit, I always get a thrill when I see something British. If I had been with you in person, I would have picked up the Sheffield Plate Salt & Pepper pots for myself.
Hi! That blue glass vase. Try putting a strand of rice lights inside. The etchings will show through.
That SAS tapestry purse is a good pick up for 10.00……sold comp for that bag at 40.00.
Great video! You are so good at finding "goodies".
Great finds.
Merry Christmas 🎄🎄
Awesome video Dani thanks fir for sharing, merry Christmas to you ,& Rackael & Noah 🙂🎅🎄
Yay! Time to shop from my bedroom snuggling with my Golden. 🥰
I think that one necklace the white beads might be Mother of Pearl
Agree: The white beads are definitely m.o.p.
Merry, Merry and Happy, Happy! Blessings!
Merry Christmas!! 😊❤

Anais Anais Cacherel bowl at 18:32 is from the vintage perfume line from the 1980s. Not sure if it's actually worth anything, though. LOL
I remember when you didn’t buy any jewelry. I enjoyed your video
Could you maybe try putting a light inside the etched glass ( just a thought). Nice finds.
Put a light behind the etched blue vase❤💯
what if you put fairy lights inside the blue etched bottle for photographing?
I love ❤️ that store Dani 😅 and the cute little carts 😁😅😅😅😅❤❤❤
I love the half purse 👜 too 😍
I really like the divided bowls too Danni!! 🎉
Merry Christmas!❤❤❤
🌲🦌🦌🌲 Merry Christmas, Danni! 🌲🦌🦌🌲
Those white things on that vase remind me of clouds
I just wanted to let Noah know that the music he chooses for the video edits are fun.
Hi Danni, maybe you can put some fairy lights inside to see the etching on the blue vase. Love you videos, watch every one!
Love the plaque from Italy. Pretty!!
You are finding some great items 1/2 price!
About that denim vest, I'd wear it and am your size but what I do is find a filmy blouse and wear it over it. Works. I love Noah's music choice!❤
that blue glass ball I would put a battery light in it turn the lights out and use the wall to show the decorations. Don't forget to measure your bird picture
When do you post the things you just got.im interested in the perfume bottle
Working on them this weekend
@TheNICHELady thank you
The vase is from Allinston Ontario Canada which is in Simcoe County
SAS is San Antonio Shoe company, high end shoes. :)
What brand was the kidney shaped purse I love it!
Danni, try lighting the blue vase with a light inside. You might get a better look at it.
The baggy of pins are lapel pins. Either way, I love them.
And with the aventurine necklace, the white beads would be mother of pearl
I watch you shop because you show what's on the shelves more and I spy lol. I'm looking for a black teapot with red and white painted diamond face. It would be a real old piece. I really can't describe it as easy as see it in my mind lol😅 Thank you for sharing your shopping. 😂❤
That purse reminds me of one I have, it’s called a Healthy Back Bag.
Danni, what is your little gecko pin made out of? I may be interested in it.
Tigers eye
The alpaca necklace u can make ur money back and some. Some mexican jewelry is made of sterling and not marked. great haul. Merry Christmas ❤
@kerryfrancisco4788 Hate to disagree but that abalone shell on nickel Mexican pendant & chain: a dime a dozen. Alas. 😭
Great finds again. What did you end up doing with that little silver dish?
Oh shoot I forgot to show it!!
The blue vase with the etched glass is beautiful if you dropped a light inside would that allow you to show the story it's trying to tell?
I hope you have a great time with your kids skating tonight
I have that exact carved box ,mine is rough as well ,I swear they are very " brittle "
I love your RUclips videos and channel❤
How about miniature Christmas lights inside the blue-etched vase!
Merry christmas ,,, sweet score ,,, injoy your day ,
You think you could fit a little dollar tree tea lite in the blue vase?
Your nails look so pretty!
About ironwood. You are correct about cutting down those trees but that’s just in USA. Mexico has ironwood also and is producing a lot of them now.
Mexico has stronger protections than US!

Beautiful thrift store! It would be fun to shop there
Just love jewellery peices 😊 and the cat
Danni...SAS is a very expensive SHOE COMPANY. They use leather only so rethink their purses.
