A little bit about me...
I've been working in women's health for 15 years in the field of gynecologic oncology and sexual wellness. In 2021, I received my certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), and am thankful for such solid and evidence-based training. I use it daily in my care for patients as we work together to address the root cause of disease and dysfunction in the body.

✨ Her personal experience with fatigue and gut issues after the birth of her second child led her to explore and eventually pursue certification in functional medicine.

✨ She combines women's health and hormone expertise with the functional medicine model, focusing on lifestyle and root cause approaches to wellness.
✨ Outside of work, Kate is a busy mom of three boys, managing family life with soccer practices and a 110-pound dog, which helps her relate to the demands many women face.
