Beautiful!
This is great! Wow! At 0:39, if you flip it around, you can see the Cathedral of the Dormition, where all the Tsars of Russia from Vasily III were coronated (it's the church with the three huge gold domes off in the distance). The church was finished in 1479, which means the first coronation there took place in 1502. This Cathedral is like the Westminster Abbey of Russia. Then you see to the left the "Red Staircase," which is where the Russian Tsars would descend from the Terem Palace right above. They would slowly walk down the stairs under this marvelous canopy of gold and silver thread, topped by a sea of ostrich feathers, carried by the great noblemen of Russia. While he descended the staircase, the Tsar would be decked out in all his regalia--imperial crown, orb, scepter and a huge, flowing cape, also made of gold thread and trimmed in white ermine. Before him would be a huge procession of the great prelates and patriarchs of the Russian Orthodox Church, also decked out in glittering gold vestments and huge golden hats that looked like papal tiaras. They would slowly process to the entrance of the Cathedral of the Dormition, where the actual coronation ceremony took place. This whole rigmarole would take up to 7 hours. The last coronation to take place here was in 1896, with Tsar Nicholas II.
Wonderful
Pretty sweet place you got there Puddin ..
Am enjoying your travels through Europe. Is it possible to add labels identifying the areas we are seeing? Great work getting access to these beautiful rooms!
You mean what tags? Type of popup links? I want to make it so that when, for example, the audience walks around the Roman Forum, and next to the Coliseum, they could click on the pop-up name "Colosseum", and move there - into another video.
Good idea, to link what we're seeing with something you think we might be interested in.
What I was suggesting, though, was when we move from one room to another, if you think it is important, to tell us the name of it, not by a voice-over, but with a label on-screen.
I like that none of the episodes have voice-overs, you let the places speak for themselves.
Thank you
It was really great seeing in RUclips
Awesome post awesome place thank you
Tchenks.
Beautiful
At 1:46. This is the great reception hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace. During coronations of Tsars, this is where guests would wait in the most luxurious surroundings, eating canapes and drinking wine while they sought their turn to see the newly-crowned Tsar. At 3:12 is the anteroom to the Throne Room, where they would be lined up, waiting some more to see the new Tsar. Then at 4:07, guests would be ushered into the Throne Room, where the newly-crowned Tsar, newly-crowned Tsarina, and the rest of the imperial family would be waiting for guests. Guests would process down the hall and then bow deeply in front of the new Tsar and Tsarina sitting on their thrones, paying obeisance and loyalty to their sovereign. That's why these halls are so huge, and why everything is so opulent and glittery--these enormous rooms were originally meant for the coronations of the Tsars of Russia.
Very nice.
Such a beautiful building. If you wanted to spend an ungodly amount of money to duplicate this kind of stuff, who would you even hire? Do people even work with gold like this anymore?
You deserve more subs. This is amazing!
Excuse me May i ask some question How do you make for entrance to inside Kremlin? I heard from someone this inside very hard for entrance Thank you.
This was just a tour group and he only showed the front part, so I’m assuming they weren’t allowed to go any further. Same thing with the White House tours. Wish we could see more of it! Especially the tunnels! ❤️
Nice
Прикольно!!!
Красиво....
That's A Very Long Walk.
Sweet Dreams.
Not sure about strangers wandering round my house though.
But after almost 2 years of recording devices all over my home (bathroom included), phones, tablets etc...I can say I am an expert at ignoring eyes. Trudeau inevitably trained me to have a thick skin about stuff published about me. He meant to scare me, but he trained me for the public instead.
Let's keep the strangers at a minimum. 2 days a week?
You too have just confirmed my home had strangers and their devices in it 24/7 and for over a year.
good
Чудесно!

It's No Wonder You Can't Get To Your Cot At Night.
Impressive size and architecture, but not really my kind of place, I would not like to live there. I guess this is really just meant for official ceremonies.
I'd Rather Stay At The Mountains, Easier To Get To.

No expenses spared I see Putin.
Why, thank you. I've had a tough number of years. Even makeup is a luxury.
My Cinderella Palace.
The shoe MUST fit though! Turn up with the wrong shoe and we have issues.
Какая роскошь !!..... Вот так и живут цари земные ..... а простой народ в нищете прозибает ...... Ну , и где справедливость ?? !!! .......
That is a museum. Putin does not live there. When he is in Moscow he probably has an "off the records" residence either in the city or in the burbs. Did I mention he also has a gorgeous Black Sea Palace worth 1 Billion? 🤣
