    You can’t just detox for a bit and expect to be free. Any addiction need to be downgraded bit by bit and eventually you will simply not indulged in it anymore. If you go from straight addict to cutting it to zero, it’s gonna be too hard for the brain and body. Recovering take time, compassion and love towards yourself

    I'm sorry, I know it's a serious topic on these videos, but at 1:35-1:45 when you talk about smoking fat blunts of kush, eating mcflurries, and busting 5 nuts a day in that clear, narrative voice, I couldn't stop laughing!, i guess it's the narrative contrast!

    I have a dilemma.. so I really want to meet new friends, but it's hard in the summertime. I have deleted all my social media, but I want to download Snapchat again to meet new friends. It's good to have in mind that I deleted Snapchat because it did nothing good for my mental health. Should I download it or not?
