    I eat a healthy breakfast and dinner only. No fast foods, chips, sweets, sandwish meat, prosseded foods in anyway. If i snack its oiluves, pickles, cheese, and nuts. Im 63 never get sick. No food additives, are boxed foods either, and one piece of sourdough bread with breakfast, bananas, avacados, blueberries, watermelon, and strawberries are in my diet., lots of fresh veggies, and organic meats. Only drink lemon water, hot black are green teas, no "SODAS", and tea with no sugar just lemon.

    Fermented foods ???? 🤔
    As long as the fermentation process removes oxalates etc 😁
