BEST BRUNCH @ Disney Springs | Filet Mignon Sliders | Chorizo Breakfast Tacos | Disney Springs

We finally got the chance to dine at Boathouse Restaurant in Disney Springs for their brunch menu, and it was fabulous! Michael Matthew, our amazing waiter, served us some sweet rolls with cinnamon butter, and we ordered Americanos. For starters, we had the chip duo with pimento cheese tortilla chips and remoulade sauce, which was delicious. We also tried the chorizo breakfast tacos from the lunch menu and the filet mignon sliders with garlic butter and pickles, which was chef's kiss amazing! To end the brunch on a high note, we had a massive slice of Key Lime Pie with a light and super tangy texture, one of the best we've ever had. Make sure to come with a big appetite as this restaurant offers one of the best-valued meals on Disneyland Disney World property.
