- Wine Bar George still feels like one of the most underrated restaurants at Disney Springs and it is easily one of the best. The wine for the restaurant was meticulously selected, but the food served in the restaurant is crafted with the same amount of attention. Join the team as they have a meal at this great Walt Disney World restaurant.

George bussing and wiping the bar in the background is everything you need to know about him and his philosophy. Such a great place! ❤️
Love when Pete does the dining reviews!
I know he's a busy man but I wish he would be in most of the dining videos.
@@robertwatt5382 yes I love his feedback. He’s brutally honest and hilarious.
George was right behind Cory while he was giving him commentary. He's great and friendly. His place is amazing. I've had great food every time I've been there. And the wines are outstanding. They also have a great fish sandwich at lunch that is to die for.
I love how active George is in this place! He’s always in the background, and you can tell how much heart and soul went into this location.
Wine bar George is amazing also check them out for brunch! Saw George in the background doing what he does, so hands on and always takes the time to converse. Highly highly recommend. Also full bar with amazing drinks and great bar staff! Thanks for this review.
We had such an amazing experience our first night in December 2021 (Christmas night) that we decided to end our trip with the skirt steak for lunch before coming home. Everything was amazing!! Drinks, dinner, ambience, and service was impeccable!!
The girl at the table behind Pete doin' the most 😂
We always plan at least a brunch here for every trip. This is my favorite Disney Springs restaurant. The food, drinks, and service are always spot on. George rocks! This one of the few places where people are happy to work for their boss; he earns the loyalty.
great review, and Hayley is looking amazing.
Great video! Nice vibe from this group. Love Panda’s opening line lol 😂
Thanks, Pete. Keep those reviews coming!
Love, love, love, Wine Bar George. We go almost every trip down.
Agree with this review , first time I went I was like wow this is expensive but food and cheese /meat plates always great quality plus staff are great and I always see George at his bar checking everything . Great place at Disney Springs
What the heck I'm a subscriber/viewer/liker/commenter and the algorithm didn't pop this one up for me! And wine bar george is my wife's and my favorite restaraunt on Disney property. We are from NJ but we made sure to go twice last trip. Our dog happens to be named George, but we weren't lucky enough to meet THE George.
Pete... never bring a man that wants that steak well done to a food review 😂
One thing I wish you would add to all of your reviews is how the restaurants are for ambience..for example, is the restaurant good for families or for a quiet evening out or is it loud...just to have a point of reference for planning.
Haha bell and Evans the food looks amazing
we will definitely check out when we come, looks amazing and right up our alley
Absolutely amazing food and service! The servers are extremely knowledgeable and are happy to suggest wines if you’re unsure of what you like.
A 100% must do. I agree with Pete when he said it is grossly underrated. Every time we go, it’s a place we have to eat at. Best restaurant on Disney property.
Agree 100%! We dined at WBG in March for the first time. It was beyond delicious! We were there for brunch and had the Burrata, eggs Benedict, extra bacon, the stunning buttermilk biscuits and key lime pie. It was perfection!
Enjoyed Wine Bar George on one of our WDW visits. Don’t forget the Wine Bar George Corkcicle.
We have always had an excellent experience at Wine Bar George. The care and attention paid to every detail shows George's commitment to flawless execution. A high-end experience without being pretentious, we return to WBG for every trip we take to WDW.
Hands down my favorite restaurant. PERIOD. Not just on Disney property. Like. ANYWHERE. Brunch is also outstanding. So are the unique deserts! I personally love the olive oil cake. Second what someone else said about George- he's seated us multiple times and even took time to chat with our young daughter. Oh, and by the way, it's called Wine Bar George for a reason. If you are a wine person, this restaurant is a must. We talked to one of the sommeliers for a while on a recent trip and they brought us a wine they thought we'd love based on our tastes... It was a perfect recommendation! Even gave my husband, who makes his own wine, some tips. As Pete and Co. show though, you don't have to drink wine to enjoy your time here. Top notch food and service that is not stuffy or pretentious!! I, too, can't say enough about this place, obviously :) Thanks for finally reviewing WBG, Pete!!
Incredible looking food! We loved it there when we visited last year. Sat upstairs which garnered exquisite views of Springs!
Now I really want to meet George.
Thank you for the review. Have a upcoming trip and trying to narrow the restaurants for springs down to 2
Everything looked great…will definitely try this next time we are there. FYI…that sure looked like quinoa not coucous with the chicken.
Yep, that was quinoa
We came there in March because of all these fabulous reviews and sadly did not come away with a great experience. We got all small plates we did love the mac and cheese bites but our waiter seem to have no knowledge of wines or what to pair it with and neither did we. So to sum it up unfortunately this was our least favorite restaurant. But we all have opinions and different experiences.
Looks yummy ….but I just can’t get over $76 for a skirt steak !!!
If I ever get back to WDW, I'd like to try this place. I've never heard anything bad about it, except maybe the prices (that's everywhere!) :( And if the weather is accommodating, I'd love to sit outside, and people watch. The skirt steak, even though monstrously expensive, looks REALLY good, and I love me a good chimichurri.
Nicely done, guys, and nice group.
Please do! That and bull and bear were my favorites. Yak and yeti was bomb too.
I dont know what it is but when Pete speaks I just have to stop whatever Im doing and pay attention!
I skipped wine bar george last time in WDW in favor of other restaurants in the parks but it sounds like its worth going out of ones way for..
Hoping you can go back next time and do a review of the meat and cheese boards
Ate there on the 11th and have to say that the skirt steak is amazing melt in your mouth delicious. FYI, best Old Fashion I ever had, I would be a full time alcoholic if I lived there. But you didn't get the "Fire Cheese", WTF
Must do Disney Gem
Think these meals are pre made frozen and then plated or doctored up with fresh
I’m impressed by the audio of the wireless mic you’re passing around. Which model is it?
that's a lot of $$$.....and a lot of food..... thanks for the video.
I think I would have asked them to pit the olives - I have way too much dental work already to chance an incident with an olive pit! Enjoyed the review.
Yup, WBG is always great
This place has been on my list. Will be sure to check it out whenever we get back to Orlando!
The big thing in our family is eating out. And we eat out at restaurants everywhere when we do our travels. George’s is excellent and we liked it when we went. But it’s overpriced for what you get, especially portion sizes. It’s good, but we wouldn’t go there again. Too many other restaurants on Walt Disney World property where you get a better value.
Note that it was quinoa under the chicken not couscous #foodcritic
Every restaurant i go to there texted me
The food looks great but the portion sizes are kinda small.
Looks so amazing..but this girl can't afford those prices!
Watching these reviews are great until you see Corey and realize he maybe is not an authority on food. Him talking about olives made me cringe.
He's a super good dude. Leave him alone!!
Ahh thr good ole days. Before we knew Pete was a sexual predator
I have to ask. Would you choose Wine Bar George over the Boathouse? We already have reservations for the Boathouse for June 11th around 7 pm.
Personally it would depend on what you were in the mood for, hard for me to compare the two! With WBG you have a smaller menu but that skirt steak and short rib are so amazing if you are in the mood for that go to WBG 100% - but some days I just want some claim strips and haley and turkey club which would bring us to Boathouse - fiasco
@@DisneyDining We already have reservations for Boathouse, Ohana, Le Cellier, Space 220, Steakhouse 71 and Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’ for the week. I will try to squeeze in Wine Bar George.
💰
Corey, worst food reviewer on the internet.
Lmao. U spent 14 dollars on 3 meatballs? What are you smoking guy?
Disney prices can be kind of nuts. The entrees actually seem like a good value by Disney standards IMO.
@@Matt-fl8uy chicken breast that's dry for 28 bucks and one short ribs for 46 bucks!? Where u from Monaco? Mars?
@@Scratch-athon Disney, actually. Disney restaurants on property aren't cheap.
@@Matt-fl8uy that's true but the short rib did seem overpriced even though they said it was so good. The skirt steak looked like it could feed 4 people so that seemed more reasonable
I thought Hailey was gluten sensitive. why is she eating breadcrumb coated Mac and cheese? The breadcrumbs and the macaroni are made from flour, which contain gluten. The meatballs probably contained breadcrumbs as well. She should be more careful in what she eats to avoid getting sick.
I’m gluten sensitive! I got tested for celiac recently and fortunately i do not have it. I have a low tolerance to gluten and I had a little bit for the review I’m okay I just am careful. I like to help people get GF options just like how corey likes to get vegan options sometimes to show you guys! It does suck when I feel like crap eating gluten but I don’t over do it I know my body and what I am okay / not ok eating!
Does anyone not believe that the whole kitchen knows when Pete sits down to eat. That this meal and review will be on you tube. These reviews are tainted. The attention that Petes meal gets may not be the same as you and I.
