    sugar is an indispensable part of the daily diet, but using sugar can be harmful to health. Try to reduce your sugar intake by choosing low-sugar products and avoiding sugary foods. Always read product labels carefully to check the amount of hidden sugar in foods

    • @LittleDreamFarm

      Exactly! Cutting down on sugar is necessary, but don’t forget that the body still needs a proper amount of sugar to provide energy. Lack of sugar can make us feel tired, unfocused, and reduce work performance. So, the key is to maintain balance and choose natural and healthy sources of sugar. Health is the top priority! 😊

      Honestly, living in such a crowded world can make people feel exhausted and sometimes not want to prolong those struggles. However, taking care of our health, such as limiting sugar intake or finding ways to live a healthier lifestyle, can help us live a more comfortable and quality life, rather than just living longer. By keeping both the body and mind healthy, we can enjoy more pleasant moments, regardless of how overwhelming the society around us may be.
      Lifestyle changes aren't just about extending life but about living more peacefully, with less stress, and making it more meaningful for ourselves.

    Hearing an "American" accent I expected you to report on American sugarcane farms. Instead you reported on Australian sugar . You did not say which country the footage on beet sugar production was filmed in . (My apologies if you did and I missed it ) . I did not know that beet has a "white" variety....I thought all beet was a dark purple . There are variations in reaping and processing sugarcane in the various countries . In the West Indies and in Florida the raw sugar is brown....before it is refined into "white" . Rum is also a by-product of sugar production in the West Indies .

    • @LittleDreamFarm
      @LittleDreamFarm  Месяц назад

      Ah, I see my 'accent' may have caused some unexpected globetrotting! 😄 The sugarcane footage was from Australia, and you’re right-there’s quite the variety in sugar production around the world! As for the beet sugar, the footage was from the U.S., where the 'white' beet shines. Most people know the purple ones, but the sugar beet is a bit of a hidden gem. And yes, brown sugar before refining is a universal story in places like Florida and the West Indies-where rum also joins the party as a sweet bonus! 🌱🍹
