This is a beautiful pattern! And easy enough for a beginner. I had to use a smaller hook once I got to the bag itself (after the green round). My tension was too loose and the edges got floppy. The only thing that got me hung up is where to start rows and change the stitch. Mine got mixed up right after the green and I had to redo or improvise to get the pattern right. My beginning is on the side instead of the bottom and there is no slip stitch at the top edge of the front. The pattern is quick and easy enough that I'll make more of them. The next one(s) will be correct! Thank you.
Thank you so much for your feedback!🥰 I'm thrilled to hear that you found the pattern beautiful and manageable for a beginner. Adjusting your hook size to maintain tension is a great strategy, and it's common for beginners to encounter tension issues. As for starting rows and changing stitches, that can indeed be a bit tricky at first. It's perfectly normal to make some mistakes along the way, and it sounds like you handled it well by improvising to get the pattern right. Starting rows and changing stitches will become more intuitive with practice. It's great to hear that despite the initial challenges, you're motivated to make more of these bags. Each project is a learning experience, and I have no doubt that your next ones will turn out even better. Keep up the fantastic work, and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need further assistance. Happy crocheting! 🌼🧶
YES! That is a great idea I would love to make myself a bag like that. They are just so cute. Thank you very much for your comment. I am really happy to hear that you like my videos and find them easy to follow❤😊🌺
I'm sorry to hear you're feeling lost! It's completely normal to encounter challenges in a project. But it's all shown and explained in the video. I would recommend watching the video again if you didn't quite catch it the first time, which is perfectly normal. Unfortunately, I can't have all the procedures and patterns in my head at the same time. If I had to make the bag again myself, I would also just watch the video again.😊 Best of luck with your project.

Hi! Yes, when crocheting in the corners I do place extra single crochets (sc) to keep the square flat and help it maintain its shape.
Thanks
