Listening to this soon after the announcement of his death. Feeling so sad, that voice is peerless and sublime. Thank you Scott.

something about scott walker is just so warm and charming-he just seems like a genuine, harmless guy..not some creep--even tho he might have watched too many crappy movies--who hasn't? scott should make movies and never stop making music! long live the music..even a photo of scott inspires me...i can't get 'tilt' out of me head tho...and there's so many others yet to hear!

He's reached a point where he is expressing his true musical passion and is obviously comfortable being himself. He's simply the real deal.

I am only just figuring out Climate of Hunter, I have years worth of his stuff yet to get through. He was a clever guy and so now to Tilt.

Interesting that at the end of the interview he said he might be able to release another record within a couple of years. It took him 11 years. The Drift was worth the wait, though.

He didn't listen to his records after finishing them. I think that's amazing. When I'm finished with a painting I keep coming back to it as long as I have it. Jim Jarmusch doesn't watch the films he makes after finishing also.
