Nice video but after making a Quest compatible version of a third party (purchased) avatar available, can you just pick up the Quest VRChat compatible avatar from VRChat, when in your Meta Quest goggles? This is where I get confused! No one mentions that all you do is log into your VRChat in your Quest (my daughter has new Quest 3) goggles. Any help/ info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Man im not trying to be mean but i don't think your daughter should be on vrchat (assuming she's under 18), this game is waaay more sexualized than people think and there's been way too many cases of grooming on there, and that's coming from someone with 1000+ hours on this game

thats a shader issue you can a make a new project and add the shader needed first or b add the shaders to the old project and change every material by hand via clicking on them all and swapping shader

you are going to need to install unity's android compatibility manually

This happened to me also. Try making a Unity 2019 project, it worked for me

Found the fix, you gotta change the build platform to android and then close and reopen blender and then build & upload. Boom.

How do you upload a fallback avatar? It says my avatar can be used as a custom fallback, but there's no box to check or anything.

so i finished building my avi but when i went to open the vrchat sdk its says unity application is running stop it to access the control panel
For me it says "user mapped section opened" as an error when i go to upload
the asset store keeps on opening up for me when unity pops up.

Missing textures, apply the correct shader and it will resolve itself

Restart Unity. It's a bug and VRChat knows about this, so it should be fixed in the future.@@CYB3RST4R0
