I think it's a combo of less optical zoom + 16 to 1 pixel binning due to the lower indoor lighting + less optimized digital zoom software. I'd expect the ultra to perform better in good lighting, given the pixel-binning algorithm will likely be less aggressive in good lighting conditions. Poor-light shots should improve some with software updated IMO.
Creo que no está activa la opción de 200mp, por eso no se aprecian más detalles y quizás necesita una optimización o actualización, incluso hay que recordar que el telefoto del x100 Ultra es un sensor mucho más grande (1/1.4°) lo cual le iría mejor en condiciones de de poca luz, aportando mayoe rango dinámico, nitidez y mayor detalle.
