Hi Maria I like a vegetable curry but am not partial to courgettes or squash. I would use other vegetables like petite pois spinach, carrot swede chick peas and corn pieces. I do like corn . For a dessert I would like melon, strawberries and blueberries to detoxify the body. My old dog loved these but without the blueberries. Even my vet agreed with me on that. A few that I know are on this diet with no carbs in it but it’s not healthy not to eat some carbs for energy All the best and have a nice day and will see you on the next one x
Curry looks amazing I’m on a pre diabetic course it’s all a bit complicated for my brain so I’m cutting out carbs and checking sugar levels on food labels. No dieting and no low fat as I noticed there’s usually more sugar substitutes if low fat. Seems to be working I’m losing weight slowly and hopefully won’t be pre diabetic at the next blood test. Re my g and t’s I gave up bottle tonic - prefer little tins of tonic in Aldi they’re reasonable and don’t go flat. Have a lovely holiday - all that lovely Greek yoghurt and honey tastes different in Greece xx
I made a vegetarian curry, I used aubergine, courgettes, red onions , garlic , carrot 🥕 passata chickpeas and curry powder. I am a vegetarian. This Thursday in Lidl they have vegetarian week . ❤

Hi there Maria. I could not tolerate a diet that involves working out extra healthy A's & B's etc. or the thought of calorie counting🤦. This would just keep food foremost on my mind all the time & for me that's not good for me phycologically. We all know what foodstuffs are healthy and whats not, its just about putting it into practice and portion control. I personally live by the Mediterranean Diet/Lifestyle. It's so enjoyable and food doesn't dominate my life.😊Hope this doesn't sound preachy, like you say, we can only do what works for you as an individual.😊xx
Well done on how much you lost over two weeks, last week I lost 4lbs this week stayed the same.,but determined to carry on. I am just getting inspired by the food you eat, have tried various slimming clubs and Lost weight , but since I was diagnosed with thyroids it’s seems a lot harder,so the last Club I joined a few years ago now I lost more weight in my purse than I did on my body. so I shall use your ideas,thankyou.

Hi Maria, the curry looks yummy I used to do slimming world but now with my IBS my tummy can’t tolerate a lot of veggies or fruit which I used to love, I know what you mean about the bottle tops they are a nuisance to make sure they are on.❤️❤️

But my leg is all swollen and very heavy, I’m sure that has made me a good 8 ld more than my last visit Good luck.

The Mediterranean diet is the best. Fresh healthy colourful food. That’s why I never put weight on in Greece when we are holiday x
