I didn't think anybody made banana pudding like this anymore, it is how my mother made it and taught me. I made it for years this way but now I do the no-bake, my grandkids prefer it this way but my two children had it the old fashion way, it looked delicious and I know it tasted good. And the chicken pot pie, I love, love the crust.

I slice my extra peppers and put them in the freezer. Can't use them for fresh foods like salads or fajitas but they come in handy to spruce up a hot dish or casserole. Plus they are so darn expensive, I can't bring myself to see them waste away. 😢
