    Are these tips based on assumptions? Most organizations are based on feudal models...that might work differently from another organizational model?

    The definition of "judgement" is vague in this case isn't it
    We judge to make inferences and conclusions, whether it be of environment or people etc. Etc.

      I think he meant criticism (harsh criticism to be exact I think) instead of actual "judgement".
