14:30 The blunder isn't so bad. Yes, the d5 knight is protecting the f4 knight, but it's also preventing that knight from retreating. Look at the position: the f4 knight has no backwards moves. So, White can play g3 to attack it and drive it forward like a lamb to the slaughter. After Ng2+ Kf1, the knight is trapped. True, White has given up castling with queens still on the board, so you must careful. But Black is going uncastled, too. Though Black is technically better per computer analysis, having won a piece only to lose it right back may well rattle a human player.
19:32 Couldn't you take the pawn Bxh3? Then it's mate in one on g2 or if the rook moves to f2 there's h2 check, then Kf1, then Qh1 check, then Ke2, then Bg4 and it's a skewer.
Why I haven't positions like that in my games??? Game 2: after Ne6+ Kd7 I think that next move should be Bb7 - and rook is lost. It took prolly less than 40 seconds to see that move.
Very nice and educative videos! I like the detailed explanations of moves and position. Just one question - why refering to opponent as "Random Noob"? ;-)
4:50 what the hell goes on with your games when I play my elo like 750, people do not blunder like that but in your videos at 1369, people blunder they queens by putting it directly in front of a bishop WOWWWW (this is not the first time) I am thrilled why do I have to get all the hikaru's
Well at 750 people for sure make catastrophic blunders, you can just make an account and start at 800elo. With what you’re saying though, keep in mind she is much higher level and can set traps( may seem obvious when she’s explaining it to you, but you wouldn’t catch them while playing ).
Thank you, Alessia! Your joyful demeanor in chess has been so helpful in reengineering my own approach to the game. And by that effect to my artwork as well. That might sound sappy... but recently I've had indications from both communities that in spite of all the serious study and practice, I was forgetting the importance of having fun while doing it. A terrible realization! Your attitude is a healthy and positive reminder.
-hmm but you’re a chess master already, why’re you playing lower rated opponents? it is educational for us, viewers, I guess. But it might not be good for people’s morale when someone of apparently their level is making a mockery of the competition. Or are you being open with your opponents about your actual chess rating?- EDIT: it's all good and transparent. Apologies for the confusion.
00:26 your opponent knew you were playing like Magnus, only makes sense to resign after that killer move.

I love this content. Only chess channel I’ve subscribed to.
What I learn from these 12 videos is that at lower levels only tactics matter.. She's winning with only tactics
Well explained videos that are really helping my chess. (I'm a noob but I've really enjoyed playing and improving.)

At minute 12:59 there was a "bang-boom-bang" you didn't reveal
Bf3-e5 + (bang)
f6 x e5 (boom) "Oh no, my knight!" 😉🙃
Rf1 x f7 + (bang)
I am terrified that once I will see my name in one of her games!
Gg 😊
Alessia! Why are you so scared by the push-ups? 😂
My ego is destroyed rn
9:40. 1.N×P. misses 1.B×B N×B, 2.N-f7 which is a fork.
I would hate to play against her LOL. Imagine playing against someone who adds emoticons on the board
