Your going to need a new battery. Good luck getting it. It took me 3 months to get mine. Customer service is terrible. Of course, because of covid you can't call and talk to anyone even though they are in the US. I finally received it last week. I had problems installing it. Eventually i got it working and it's a great scooter. My son loves it. But because of the terrible customer service and long wait time for a battery, I won't order from this company again. By the way, the battery for my scooter (elite xr) was $180.
I pulled mine out of the shed charged it up. Haven’t wrote it in a year but she’s not moving so I guess it’s just a battery replacement. Can she take the freezing cold temperatures in New York?
Bad battery bad battery are we seeing a pattern here? Our govt has to be aware of the cheap work being dumped on us I just dont know if they can be trusted obviously, they sell these scooters with knowledge of battery issues. Some other guy said its voltage too low which if you know what you are doing you can create a new battery pack. But if you are not trained you could blow a hole in your floor, fllot, head, etc.
I’ve had mine for about six months now and now the battery is dead. I charge it overnight for six hours and by the morning time it will only last about a mile before it shuts off. I’m going and buying a new scooter. I’m not spend a couple hundred on a new battery if it will only last six months.

Mines did the same , and turnt out I needed a new battery !!! After I changed the battery my bike worked brand new !! Hope this helped !!
you just need to hold the button down longer. Try holding it down for 5 seconds atleast.
