I got the same problem but mine has both the big 3 prong charger and this port I’m gonna try the same charger you have on it but mine was acting weird cause it would charge for either a few minutes or a few hours and now it won’t even charge at all I do have 1700 miles on my scooter tho
My charger light isn't switching on. Does that mean I need a new charger for my scooter? My scooter is still switching on and off but it isn't charging. I'm assuming it might be the charger but only because the light isn't switching on. Any info would be appreciated 👍🏽

Having this problem too,I pulled the charger cable slightly out that goes into the scooter and it’s charging now,thanks to this video ❤❤❤

I had this issue right after a long ride. I placed the hoverboard on top of the AC vent and cooled it down. Then it started charging again.
Which one do you have?
Never mind your little trick worked and my hover board is charging 😊
