Hi Ladies I have been watching your videos on a regular basis as I have a great desire to move to Italy someday. Hello Tracy! I'm also from MN and IN Mn currently. I would love to meet you if you visit Minneapolis. My cousin and I are planning to visit Italy for 2 months next year. We want to explore Piedmont, Tuscany, Lombardi as well as Sardinia and Sicily. We would love to meet you both in Piedmont. Thank you for all the information that you have been sharing in your channel.

Do you have a transcript? Unfortunately the sound is so low, I am struggling to hear your guest. I love your videos. I also love how relaxed and Italiana you have become!

Thanks Ahulani. Sorry but I don't have a transcript. For the sound, do you have earbuds you could plug into your computer? That might help.

RUclips provides Transcripts for all video content. Next to the 'Share' button is a button with three dots. Click on it and a Transcript option will appear. Click and the transcript will appear next to the video. Good luck!

Really enjoy your videos. I will be moving to Bergamo in August to attend Montessori training. I would love to book a couple of days at this airbnb.

I am curious, I am living in Sardinia now on an elective residency visa. Am I allowed to AirBnB my property here, or is that considered me as being "employed"? FYI, I own a small home and am interested in investing in another property to rent it out while living here. When I am gone, can I rent out the home that I reside in as well as the other property simultaneously, or is my primary residence not allowed to be rented?

Hi Brett. As far as I know, you can rent out your primary home as long as you follow the guidelines of the comune re size, # guests, etc -- without it considered being employed. Not sure about a second house. Always best to start with the comune for AirBnB rentals as you must inform them and each one has their own requirements and regulations.

Hello. We haven’t seen anything from you in several months. Are you still in business?

Hi John, we are definitely still here and going strong. We do a blast email every month and Instagram and facebook posts every week. Because we are so busy, we haven't had a youtube video out in a while but are working diligently on our next one.

Considering using your services, but have some questions. Is there a way to ask a couple of simple questions without sinking $100 into a hour long conference call?

nice video but you dont talk about taxes. you talk about costs and how to run the bnb which is more or less common sense, how much income tax do you pay. you could give an example based on yearly income of an avarage bnb and the tax implications? that would be very useful.

Thanks for watching. I am not an accountant so I can't address taxes. As everyone's tax situation is different, the best resource for this is an accountant, either in your country of origin or in Italy, or both.

@@housefindersnorthernitaly sure I understand but im also not an accountant. I hire people to do that for me. But as an investor I’m owning and running real estates in 3 different countries i can tell you right away the tax % for real estate income. Even if it varies by the amount in certain levels. There must be a tax rate in Italy that charges for short term rentals. Honestly it’s the biggest mystery in the world because I can’t find a tax rate for italy. Why is it such a big secret nobody wants to say or write down is beyond me. Thanks for the video again.
