Boring.
@@PeeOfFuryso does *Chaos Theory* and *Blacklist* yet they’re fine for doing that? That’s where the challenge comes into play. It also helps the player play the game the way it was *intended* or creative by being an agent who’s suppose to be stealthy anyway. You learn this in Splinter Cell and Pandora Tomorrow 🤷♂️.
Which is doubly ironic, considering this version was made by the team behind Pandora Tomorrow, while the devs behind Chaos Theory did Version 2 of the game. I can see why Ubisoft went to the effort of creating a second "version" of this game -- the plot (and ending) is terrible. The final choice between saving or killing Hisham is dumb on so many levels that I can't believe it was actually programmed in, and the ending smash-cutting from Fisher disarming the bomb to an after-action news report where you have to listen clearly just to hear story beats (did they run out of time and not program any of this?) followed by a half-assed "bonus" mission, is just the icing on the shit sundae.
tips and funny stuff: - to use unlockable items on pc you need use patch 1.02 - you can cheese missile section in iceland - in hq if you stay idle next to a wall sam will lean with crossed arms and stare menacingly - in okhotsk killing doesn't remove stealth score because you are contracted by emile to eliminate everyone - in jba 2 when emile opens his safe to show plans to jamie, you can use sound pistol to tag the corridor, they both leave and you can grab nsa objective from the open safe (i can never not laugh at this) - in hq if you get 150 at shooting range your terrorist trust is maxxed out - in hq if they see you turn off a computer screen you lose all trust (only traitors turn off screens) - in shanghai hotel atrium, instead of riding the elevators down you can climb down the dragon. it's not easier, just cooler (game was made by ubisoft shanghai) - in kinshasa you can place a grenade in the fuel tank of a tank - sam's default black outfit with shaved head looks very similar to douglas shetland from chaos theory. and sam is half terrorist kinda like douglas. it's not a coincidence. but i don't want to spoil it
My favourite game in the whole series might have dust off the 360 for this again, it's a shame how the game turned out on release had soo much potential if they had more time or if Ubisoft Montreal had taken care of the next gen release
I was super confused when I watched a different play through but then I realised that there’s 2 versions of the game and this is version I I played as a kid.
I really didn't know that is was a whole different game from the ps2 version i thought they just made changers here and there, but its basically s whole new double agent wow love the version alot
I didn't understand the trust feature in this game. Like you are undercover, aren't you supposed to blend in with the enemy no matter what, even if it means people had to die on the way? I could understand if it was Lambert or whatever his name was, because at that point it's your boss on the line, but anyone else shouldn't have been included or in the wrong place like the helicopter pilot
Funny bug that i stumble upon while in Okhotsk. After knocking people out, a steam of gas shoots from their butt. So funny that I rage quit & uninstalled the game.
I´m playing it on 2023 and I can´t rescue Jaime (21:37): No matter what I do, Jamie always frees himself from the guard.... I put one foot on the window and bang, Jamie hits the guard.... I have tried going slow, fast, and nothing, as soon as I pass through the glass, he hits the guard.... Do you know what to do?
@@TGP482 btw do you have any idea why Double Agent Xbox 360 gets even more hate than Conviction by the fanbase?? I really don't understand why the game is so unpopular.
@@goldheartodyssey4486 it's mostly because the PC port is unplayable-bad, but beyond that: the minimalist hud is irritating, shadows are bizarrely under-utilized, and the story is really silly compared to the first three games
V1 had far superior graphics, much better fleshed out characters and the JBA headquarters was pretty awesome. V2 had superior user experience for stealth, and was far more stable. A mod where V1 gets reworked with V2 (or Chaos Theory's) stealth mechanics would be insane.
TGP482 yh the 360 is the best version of the game. I wonder what would happen if I emailed them about the state of the port. I wonder if they will also respond to the fact that they are advertising a completely different version of the game? I don’t know why they are.
TGP482 Ubisoft can be so pathetic man.... they won’t sell pt, but will happily sell this? Look at how many bugs there are! And these are pretty major bugs.
TGP482 the only bugs I encounter are as followed: the Kinshasa intro doesn’t play.. as in Emilie doesn’t give the monologue to Sam. Bad lip syncing Shanghai has some walls with no collision now? The rating system basically forces you to ghost a mission if you want to get 100%. That makes it even weirder.

That Sea of Okhotsk was Fookin’ impressive man. Well done!
Damn, you just let Enrica take the blame. Cold blooded 😂
Canon tho
No hesitation at all 😂😂😂
It’s Moss. Fisher is not as tough as this video makes him out to be.
Moose?
Listen, moose, your leg gave out when you took on Fisher.
What up Moose
Moose what’s up!
People are far too critical of double agent. It was such a sick game.
The PC port was a complete mess. But I agree, Double Agent was sick.
Chaos theory is more bueatufl i think
@@MaskAnimationsYa that's why I got a ps3
The multiplayer literally is one of the most innovative things I've ever played, even to this day.. it was so damn good.

Man, those last missions for me were a bloodbath. Took out every JBA member I could find.
The Shanghai mission was intense, man. It seems you had trouble unlocking the safe to get the red mercury sample.

Not hard to understand. You’re an agent working with one but working with the other to top terrorism.
What a legend bro ❤
how did you get this to run so smoothly? Goddamn
i don't remember ever seeing that minimap on pc
Why did you let Hisham die? If you save him, there is an extra part in Kinshasa mission where you have to evacuate him from the palace
Probably because it's a pain in the ass to ghost, the pc version of SCDA is a mess...
The jba HQ mission in this version looks realistic..but the other mission feels flat
How did you kill Aswat? I couldn't understand. Was it the wall mine at 1:23:36?
on jba 1, how does he cut right to check on safe when u still had 10 minutes left? i had to wait until the timer ran out .
