YOU'RE CRAZY ! When Ray Leonard was at the peak of his prime in the late 70's, We had a saying in our Neighborhood in Palmer Park, Md. (where Ray is from) It was "SPEED KILLS" if you notice Sugar Ray had the Fastest Hand's in America ! Ray would've used his faster speed againest Jr. to overpower him, Plus i still don't think Jr. can take a Azz whippin like his pappie did.
Ray Leonard had an excellent defense. He moved his head, and he used his shoulders to avoid taking punches. I think Leonard would of beaten Floyd by unanimous decision. And the reason that Floyd has remained undefeated, is because all of his opponents are slower than him. We've never seen how Floyd would look, against a faster fighter.
Watch out because here comes the cold water and his time the snap out of it.... Hahaha. No way can I possibly see Floyd Mayweather junior fighting against those Warriors he had to go through in those divisions.

YEAH SUGAR STILL WHIPPED THAT AZZ😂😂😂
same can be said about pacman.. lets just wait for the fight.. and respect who wins.. both are legends now..
Does anyone notice Jr fights exactly like Snr
But junior runs
@@kkthedrummer8999 explain 'run'
Mr.sugar landed a clean punch...but Floyd sr landed a very very clean hug ahahaha
Mayweather looks like a Temptation member with that hair do..
SRL Was one of the baddest boxers ever !
I download videos I don't want to watch, then I finally get a video to watch and my connection craps out ...
This exactly what would happen to Floyd Mayweather
Exactly what would happen because Senior was tougher than Jr.
@@terryscott2007 i agree
One got beat up taking punishment in his career and the other retired undefeated, undisputed p4p king. Totally two different boxers! STOP THE HATE!!
@@ericbaker9688 shut up stupid i like floyd never could have beat Leonard hats reality
Great to see this fight again, horrible to hear Howard's vs again
bs that is
That last countershot was right on the money
Ray Leonard had an excellent defense. He moved his head, and he used his shoulders to avoid taking punches. I think Leonard would of beaten Floyd by unanimous decision. And the reason that Floyd has remained undefeated, is because all of his opponents are slower than him. We've never seen how Floyd would look, against a faster fighter.
Leonard my favorite black boxer ever,no tyson,no ali,no floyd #1 Sugar Ray Leonard.
Watch out because here comes the cold water and his time the snap out of it.... Hahaha. No way can I possibly see Floyd Mayweather junior fighting against those Warriors he had to go through in those divisions.
You know i thought digging a ditch was hard but taking punches to ur body n. Face now that is hard
Mayweather had the better technique and hand speed but Leonard was just the better man that night.
Both have great hands....when boxing was great such a high quality of boxing...both werenyoung
hah, should have stopped the fight at 2:00. I can't believe there's a part 3 and 4. Love this footage!
it is so much fun seeing anyone named mayweather get beat on
Man stop hatin on them people
U would get beat on easily by anyone you pray for someone elses loses
The years of the so many of the greatest boxers of all time.MEN who went into battle and didn't tap tap tap to win strictly on points. MEN who went out to destroy each other. Not men who might have won on the cards, but yet somehow their opponents left the ring looking better than when they came in. I miss these warriors
Let me Enlighten you, I grew up with Ray Leonard, Watched from Begining to End. I don't know how old or How much Knowledge you have in the Fight game (No Disrepect). This was the 1st Weight Class that drew more Money than Heavyweights. We never Duck Marvin Hagler, Mike Trainer never saw Eye to Eye with Haglers team. Also, Ray was on drugs & His wife was out of control. You read the book, I watched everthing UNFOLD as a eyewitness ! Look at Tigers Woods, It took him 4 yrs to start winning again !
2:45-2:51 Now you know why Floyd Senior cannot form a rational thought or complete a halfway coherent sentence
Exactly why jr adopted a defense first approach later in his career.
BOTH of these dudes would have vested De La Hoya, Trinidad, Quartey, and all of the other welterweights from the 1990’s. They both would have beaten Floyd, Jr. too.
LEONARD best welterweight of the last 40 yrs!!
I'd say of all time. Not too bad at middleweight either. A true boxing legend.
No question!!!
