@Forever Outraged I want to say maybe, since my Gatling Gun was 1/5 times annointed, but getting those 5 drops was after like 50 kills on Mayhem 3. I might have a better chance by simply killing more Mouthpieces than killing harder Mouthpieces slower.
That's because they explicitly advertised the event as a unique legendary drop event. Which is bullshit; the drop rates, if they changed at all, arent worth changing your farming routine for. As well as the class mods, and ear worm, not being exclusively legendary drops. The event is misleading, and a total waste of time.
Varagonax I gotta be honest, I feel the difference in loot drops. I killed Katagawa before this event, several times, and got nothing but that sniper rifle. When this event started, I killed him once and got two legendary class mods, one of them reducing Moze health to 1 and giving pretty cool bonus talents. The other one was for Fl4K. But it is crappy that graveward doesn’t actually drop a new leggo, for that matter I’ve killed the rampaged about 60 times now and haven’t seen kill o whisp..
@@ryujinjakka4518 me and a friend were farming pain and terror and didn't get anything for several hours. We didn't try katagawa, but I went and tried Aurelia for the creeping swamp or whatever for several hours, didn't get the drop. I don't know, maybe it's just bad luck, or maybe it's mayhem 3 being the problem (which is bullshit in its own right if it's true).
Varagonax oh I farmed pain and terror for 5 hours on the first day and another 3 the next and got 10 class mods at best. That’s almost 1 class mod per hour. Honestly not worth my time
@Kyle Vernon if they wanted to make cryo best in game or at least a powerful build for zane they should change the skill that makes your first shot added cryo damage when swapped weapons, to cryo now does dots for zane 15% of weapon damage and goes up to 30% when enemy is frozen. I haven't seen alot of high damage cryo weapons so this shouldn't get outta hand right? Lol
I got the brainstormer last week, its soo good. Its awesome for Zane speed build, flying around linking all the enemies. Plant clone with it in the middle of a group and he melts all their shields.

9:36 the “consumes 2 ammo per shot” is tied to his prefix, yes they come back, but still you wanna aim to have the best parts on the gun. I haven’t figured out all the weapon part ties except for some like the Flakker. But do keep an eye out for prefixes like that on weapons.
Aki San that’s why god gave us multiple character slots. Srsly though, I want skippable cutscenes...the only way to store my loot is to make another new character and give them it a to hold in their inventory. When will game developers learn that bag space and bank space is NOT a fun or useful mechanic. Especially in a game like this with, what? A billion gun combos and hundreds of legendaries?
I got 4 from Graveward during 3 hours? Not even trying K Jr and I’ve dobs Agonizer for at least 5 hours with only 3 legendary guns I already had and one legendary decoration.
The Creeping Death needs some massive buff to be even worth considering at all. I'm talking about something like 4 times the damage at least. The Nova Berner is great with Zane as he can control the depletion and refill by using the barrier with the dome augment. Still not extremely strong, but really cool.
the kill o wisp is actually insane for fl4k since the lightning strike from the ball can crit if you have omnivore. which has an obvious synergy with a ton of other skills...
@@roniszR Its because literally, 90% of every item are world drops. literally, everything pretty much drops from graveward. I can farm graveward about 3-5 times by the time I kill Katagawa jr. its ridiculous because he constantly moves. besides I have farmed katagawa about 50times and have only had 2 class mod drops. not worth it
the fact that higher mayhem makes more random legendaries fall, its still more likely for you to get the item you want in mayhem 4, since you are increasing the chances it will roll from one of the bosses world drops.
I HATE THIS EVENT! I been looking for a legendary class mod for Fl4k his cosmic stalker one or deadeye one... I been playing on mayhem 2 with legendary trinket with my luck stat at 10 percent and I’ve killed katagawa jr like 50 to 100 times for hours straight since the event started. And I have 3 days play time just on amara and I have still haven’t seen even a SINGLE legendary class mod for FL4K yet. I have like 4 or 5 legendary ones for all the others
would be cool if they made a set of weapons which had musical effects, I think there might be 4 guns like that, with the earworm, hellwalker, and the 2 special guns you get from mouthpiece, would be cool to see a relic, sheild, grenade mod which all had musical effects.
I think when it comes to Mayhem mode the description reads increase "quality of loot". After experiencing poor drop rates I think that is referring to the stats and overall "quality" of the loot rather than the rarity. I'm honestly not too sure though. It just seems like that's the case
Gotta love the Nova Berner on Zane, his clone gets the shields effect as well, so when you summon him, it triggers the nova. I think the barriers' capstone works with it as well! Am I the only one who thinks the bitch is vastly underperforming? It might be because I have a non elemental one but still...
Yeah I'd have to agree with the community about the Mayhem 3 thing. I normally farm on Mayhem 1 and get a legendary every like 5 out 6 bosses. I tried going on Mayhem 3 and killed 4 bosses before I got a legendary. Granted I did get 4 legendaries on that 4th boss so I guess it evened out, but I certainly had an easier and quicker time on Mayhem 1. So I'll stick to Mayhem 1 I think.
To be honest I prefer the legendary bounty hunter for fl4k legendary class mods that percent chance to activate your kill skills particularly the most dangerous game feels amazing
@@sumireravenclaw8034 true I tend to swap between the cosmic stalker and bounty hunter using the bounty hunter when boss farming as it's a much easier way to get my kill skills to proc and using the cosmic stalker when mobbing as the extra boost to my skills feels a lot better since I'm able to proc my hunter skills naturally
You can use the Nova Berner with Zane and the skill that copies shield's abilities to the barrier. All it will do though is act like a grenade when you throw the barrier out. Makes it kinda viable.
The funny thing is, I got the brainstormer from farming Rampager (during this event) but still have yet to get the Kill-o-the-wisp after hours of farming rampager
Wow, Borderlands 3 died quickly, the repeatable content the game has is beyond pointless. There isn't a single reason to do proving grounds, circle of Slaughter, TVHM or most of the bosses. Grinding legendaries for what? Especially when I've got level 50's of every decent leg in my bank already.

Posting this to all zane main content creators in hopes some one sees this and makes a video. I really hope you see this comment. You need to get a snowdrift splatter gun artifact and a tedriore shotgun that when you throw it will MIRV into multiple projectiles that have the HOMING effect. This allows zane to get the most out of his speed skills while sliding and also increases that slide speed for even more damage. And yes the splater gun artifact(+50% shotgun damage while sliding) does apply to all tedriore shotgun reloads. With this method you will be sliding around super fast, shooting once indiscriminately, and rapid throwing the shotgun. And yes it is a lot of control input but oh boy is it so worth it.
Godroll bitches can have upwards of +175% crit damage tho. Very underrated and my favorite smg along side crossroads. Hellfire isn't as good as both of these, 9volt is for shield strips, night Hawking is only viable if you reset the map to night time on top of reseting until you get good mh3 modifiers, and i don't see the appeal of the ten gallon. Top 3 for me are Godroll bitch, basically any crossroads, and night Hawking (but the resets/ setup to get the most out of it isn't worth it imo)
@@nekoschar6170 Well in November I'm sure we will get our first raid boss but yeah man atm it feels pretty crappy to farm literally something that takes me seconds. Graveward takes me about 5-10 seconds and i don't farm the twins because there stupid fuckign HP negate greyed bar. bullshit I should be able to just kill them in seconds with a build that kills literally every other boss in seconds lol.
@@sumireravenclaw8034 IMO tbh, games shouldn't really be expected to have an extensive end game plan unless they are subscriber based, or otherwise free to play but depend on microtransaction income. Go play FF14 if you want a real and constant end game experience to enjoy learning with friends. And very few raid boss fights and even bosses in normal dungeons are simple or easy to master and repeat the mechanics, even in the 24 man raids, everyone has a roll and an expectation of understanding the mechanics, if a player is out of position and not focused on the challenge at hand, he could easily wipe the whole party or raid depending the mechanics of the fight. Something hard and challenging that requires the full extent of your abilities, not just constant farming. Just learning to play any of the classes is a learning curve in itself, my ability rotation was at least 30-40 key strokes all time to maximize damage on more than one character. It's constant learning because they make new raids and raid bosses and content basically monthly and then they add 2 harder and longer versions of every single one of them and often times the fights are totally different, so there is always a cutting edge and an almost constant reason to play. Hell if you take a week off you probably missed a special event have things to catch up on lol. And the Casino in the game is the size of an actual casino with all sorts of games, even card tournaments based on the in game card game, not just 4 shitty slot machines in moxie's shitty bar. Like, what's the "first raid boss" in BL3 going to consist of? Some basic mechanics and then doing damage to the boss perhaps during a few separate phases where you and 3 other people can learn it in an hour or 2? Back in my day a "raid" was 40 people every night for 4 hours straight and 1 person making one mistake can fuck it up and i'm talking about WoW. The idea of the "raid" has been softened so badly. Anything in BL3 is not going to be a "raid", in raiding, emotions and friendships are tested. There's anger, and drama, and yelling, and it's complex and intricate. In a raid you have a "leader". Do you really need a leader for 4 people to repeat some shooter mechanics? Maybe for the first 2 or 3 times, but you're not going to be kicking your longterm guild member out of the raid because he just couldn't get it down and then have to look for a new tank - and then AUDITION one, or several. Bl3 is a looter shooter with stats on it's gear that give it some RPG qualities. But go look at this raid boss from 5 years ago in FF14 ruclips.net/video/4rsWL6Z_NJE/видео.html Titan Extreme Mode took weeks, sometimes months to learn. It was so fast and brutal. Every single one of those attacks the players are dodging could likely kill them in 1 or 2 hits, 8 people in a party, 2 healers, if one of your healers doesn't keep doing her job of healing the party AND pay attention to exact positioning IMMEDIATELY, that's gonna be a failed attempt because now she's dead and it took 2 healers to keep the tank alive from how much damage the boss was doing. Say your a DPS class and you step in something in there, that's you dead and a healer having to res you - thus risking the tank, thus risking the raid. This perspective was from the class of Monk - a melee fighter who's attacks only registered max damage if they were done from the back or the side depending on the attack, and they had to happen in a specific order in order to maximize damage as, thus the term "rotation" so he has to know the position to avoid all of those AOEs titan is throwing out AND also maximize his DPS because if you couldn't kill him in a certain amount of time eventually the healers will just run out of mana. You can see the skills hes using scroll down the right hand side, the class required you to not just be in the correct physical position of the enemy's back or flank, but each attack you used put you in one of 3 forms, of which only certain attacks could be used. IE. ability 1 attacks the side, puts him in form 2, and he then has to use an ability from the back to enter form 3, and finishes that part of the combo with his 3rd ability which had to be from the side. But the first ability, he has 2 choices, he attacked from the side because it gives the boss a debuff that lowers his stats and helps the tank take less damage, so now he has to make sure that ability 1 is still up on the boss (only lasted 10 seconds) or he couldn't use ability 1.A which did more damage because he had to make sure the boss was debuffed firstly - but there in lies the problem, the Monk was the highest damage class at the time - it's soul purpose was to be at the top of the DPS meter, so he had to make situational decisions based on his position, his next attack and the bosses next attack. I played a Dragoon as well in that game, who's highest possible DPS could only be achieved by follow a 40 key combination of skills and buffs, all of which were intended to increase his damage and self buffs to the point where his highest damage ability which was on a long cooldown could do a massive amount of damage. It took me several days to master it. That's the difference in games with TRUE end game content and a game like BL3. It's the sheer complexity of the entire experience put together that makes it both challenging and amazing. In Bl3, you loot, you shoot,a few different types of guns based on an enemies weakness to them perhaps, and you use a handful of abilities based on a talent tree. You can be ressed by anyone, you can take cover and know when to peek and when not to and know what mobs to focus first - but that's about as complicated as the game get's unfortunately. I don't think you will ever see something like that in BL3, not to even mention the simple fact that each of these character classes are working with 30+ skills on their bar most of which are used and needed accordingly. That complexity, will never be in a looter shooter, the fan base enlarge wouldn't be dedicated to learning something as complex as that video anyway - because only a few hundred maybe on a server of over 10,000 ever even attempted to learn that fight. Most people just don't have the knack for it. Not knocking casuals, but a "raid" is by definition, not casual. It's organized and precise to achieve a goal of top tier loot that no one else has - perhaps in the entire world. So in order to create a raid, Borlderlands would have to somehow become "elitist" and it's just not really, because it's relatively simple, you don't generate that kind of audience.
But if your killing them really fast, and they have the same drop rate throughout the mayhem levels, that means your just getting extra legendaries on mayhem 3
I've spent 5ish hours farming the Ravager for the Kill-o'-the-Wisp, with zero luck. Mayhem 1, Mayhem 3, doesn't matter. The gun doesn't drop. This was quite possibly one of the worst anniversary events for any game ever.
I’ve killed killavolt over 50 times and haven’t seen this shotgun. I’ve gotten everything from legendary snipers and grenades to class mods and pistols, this is ridiculous if this is what gearbox considers an ‘increased droprate’
It’s not good, it’s actually straight up garbage. Go look up Joltz video on it, a full clip relaid doesn’t even deal half a bar of damage to normal mode enemies
And the shots fire slow and tediore guns are even worse in bl3 cause the enemies take so much more cover and are so much more flighty in general. But it is just a bad legendary at least rn
The bitch is a very skill based weapon opposite of the crossroads. However if you can deal constant crits and get a good roll it is the highest DPS SMG in the game.
I mean rares seems like the next logical step. Theres some interesting stuff there like the Headspoder, chuppas organ, the hive the electric banjo and the rising dragon. Also stuff like the one pump chump wich i bet everyone knows about at this point... ow also lootagrams wich potentially drop 4 S tier guns. Maybe do 2 vids cos it is alot of content. Hammetlock hunts and actual rares
@@King-Beezy Lootagrams have a pool of i believe 4 legendary weapons specific to them. They're world drops but a "quick" way to get them is lootagrams. And iirc they're all top tier weapons.
I'm like lvl 35 and I'm still using the sub machine gun that sprays corrosive and electricity in 5 lines consecutively. I just spray that shit everywhere. It's called the Stark Tsunami. So yeah I use a lot of sub machine gun ammo. IDK about any of these from this list, but I just got a legendary that is fire based sub machine gun that has really good accuracy/aim and when you reload it turns into a little turret that seems to last for a really long time. And I'm playing as Zane, so yeah I've got 3 AI doing about 75% of the work for me lol :D i just stay alive and loot the place while doppleganger and the turrets take over ahhahah Although im thinking of switching my build to orange main with green off because zane can be pretty squishy when you don't have your cooldowns up. The bottom 2 orange talent for him is amazing tho, doppleganger is stupidly useful when it's got a good gun. I like to set him up with this handgun that has a 380% crit damage bonus and it richocchets every head shot, so he can basically yeet the fuck out of a whole outpost as long as you're covering him well. Also my absolute favorite item ive got so far is actually just an epic low damage with a high radius grenade that has 2 money properties on it, so running Zane Nade build the doppleganger and I can just spam 1 bullet clip shotguns, just nading at stuff every 8 seconds for several minutes and I can get several 10s of thousands an hour doing that. :D That's the only way Im every paying for that 2.3 million dollar final inventory upgrade.
Kind of skipped Borderlands 2 didn't bother with Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode also I didn't bother doing that Fight for Santuary DLC for Borderlands 2, skipped that as well, just went onto Borderlands 3 instead, I have to do that another time for Borderlands 2. I didn't bother finishing the Pre Sequel on Ultimate Vault Hunter too, yeah I just didn't have that much time not to be funny with you, Stuck on that purple Goliath on Borderlands 3 but... I'll have to find a strategy to defeat it some how. Can't progress if you can't defeat a certain boss. P.S I miss that Yoteslaya dude, I'm sure he will be in heaven playing Borderlands 3 as Gearbox will be sending a ghost copy to him.

Honestly I love ur videos. I'll still be paying attention to this game but I quit playing. I went back to games I been.. U know.. Actually ENJOYING playing. I won't say because the amount of hate mail I'll get is just more then I feel like debating with people on so. Just a tip, if you have a brainstormer use phasegrasp, ties that bind, and whatever element your enemies are weak to. Use the hellwalker Amara build and have fun killing 5+ annointed with one magazine on tvhm m3 :) Gear that helps! Relic that boosts element damage (preferably the one that gives an extra 183 % elemental damage with whatever elemental dot is effecting you) this stacks really well when you have the 30% bullet deflect modifier so long as you have the transformer. My transformer absorbs bullets and puts it back in my mag and all the electrecution doesnt effect you cause of the transformer. Shock hex and honestly any class mod that boosts element damage
I was just farming Graveward while watching this video and while he was talking about getting the Bitch from Tyreene, it spawned from Graveward. Almost exactly the same except mine is calle the Develping Bitch and has slightly different stats. Guess I don't have to farm her now lol
Fuck that, Mayhem 3 is the most difficult one so that's the one I enjoy playing too. It should be a higher rate for the unique drops. The 5 times the normal world drop rate is awesome though, especially on TVHM. The NGata is great for huge bosses that cant move out of the way.

Not sure if relevant, but I got a different blue unique from The Graveward while trying to farm an Earworm. Dropped a Jakobs sniper called "The Hunt(ed)".
The Bitch feels extremely weak in this game compared to its BL2 counterpart as the base damage isn’t enough to justify the crit boost (unlike the Unforgiven where it’s a 1-shot monster usually)
Ill tell you something theres been some Boss Nerfs and Gun Buffs recently as Gearbox decided to change some things here and there, if it's to do with Bosses and Guns, especially Killavolt as the whole entire Arena doesn't make it all shocking on the ground like it used to, anyhoo I like what they did, prefer it that way and it isn't as fustrasting as it used to be, some of them can be Nerfed a bit but I know that Purple Goliath is going to be next hopefully in that theatre due to that shock wave he drops and crushes the ground and sends a beam wave with destroys all your shields, he might not do that as often, I like these changes, I hope they continue to do it.
I got a lot of these from farming different bosses than mentioned in the video and multiple copies of some (Nagata, Kill O Wasp, Echo). Regardless, the video was good.
Would be nice to have a video about legendaries and annointments to watch out for, as a semi-fresh 50 it's a bit overwhelming how many legendaries there are and how many aren't that good, I bet I've sold a few that I should have kept.
And after that there is me..... killing mouthpiece 6 times in mayhem 3 and drop shit, after the 6th battle I give up and in the chest after the boss I find it synergized bitch( I think it’s tyreen drop) 😂
Katagawa ball is my go to farm. My only gripe with it is the lack of vending machines close by, so whenever my inventory is full I either gotta run back to Sanctuary or the fast travel at Skywell-27 to sell my items
I feel like the good guns in this game are too good and obviously there will be bad legendary gear but i think the bad legendaries need some buffs. All i find myself using recently is lucians call and flakker with occasional scourge or lyuda. I feel like im missing something :(
Nagata works awesome on Fl4k if u´re playing the pet focused blue build with the black hole abillity of the blue pet, and i can imagine workin fine on amara with the phase lock abillity
Tbh The Bitch SMG is my favorite by far, the crits hit so hard and while the night hawking has more base damage the changing elements is not really reliable to me, just imagine using it to weaken a shield and it starts doing incendiary damage smh..
Last week was nice for me got nice drops.. but this week won’t be seeing me, it’s pointless and none of the guns with extra drop chance aren’t anything special... sadly.
Crossroads isn't bad, but best gun in the game? I doubt it, there are a view contenders for that title. Lyuda, for example. Any of the Call guns. Hellwalker. The Butcher. Flakker.

@@marseille1196 Before I even got sanctuary when I started my TVHM play through the first legendary dropped in an area you can't jump to. Or at least I can't I honestly tried for about 30 minutes lol but I usually enjoy trying to get out of maps as a hobby since Halo 2 so it was fun but still annoying to have to wait till I finished 3 more story missions to see what dropped (it was a class mod for a class I don't play (yet)... boooo!)

Seiyuōkami Himura they really can. Which makes it more upsetting to me they nerfed the drop rate.

The Creeping Death needs some massive buff to be even worth considering at all. I'm talking about something like 4 times the damage at least.
The Nova Berner is great with Zane as he can control the depletion and refill by using the barrier with the dome augment. Still not extremely strong, but really cool.

the kill o wisp is actually insane for fl4k since the lightning strike from the ball can crit if you have omnivore. which has an obvious synergy with a ton of other skills...

I can farm graveward about 3-5 times by the time I kill Katagawa jr. its ridiculous because he constantly moves. besides I have farmed katagawa about 50times and have only had 2 class mod drops. not worth it

the fact that higher mayhem makes more random legendaries fall, its still more likely for you to get the item you want in mayhem 4, since you are increasing the chances it will roll from one of the bosses world drops.
I HATE THIS EVENT! I been looking for a legendary class mod for Fl4k his cosmic stalker one or deadeye one... I been playing on mayhem 2 with legendary trinket with my luck stat at 10 percent and I’ve killed katagawa jr like 50 to 100 times for hours straight since the event started. And I have 3 days play time just on amara and I have still haven’t seen even a SINGLE legendary class mod for FL4K yet. I have like 4 or 5 legendary ones for all the others

I think when it comes to Mayhem mode the description reads increase "quality of loot". After experiencing poor drop rates I think that is referring to the stats and overall "quality" of the loot rather than the rarity. I'm honestly not too sure though. It just seems like that's the case
Gotta love the Nova Berner on Zane, his clone gets the shields effect as well, so when you summon him, it triggers the nova. I think the barriers' capstone works with it as well!

Yeah I'd have to agree with the community about the Mayhem 3 thing. I normally farm on Mayhem 1 and get a legendary every like 5 out 6 bosses. I tried going on Mayhem 3 and killed 4 bosses before I got a legendary. Granted I did get 4 legendaries on that 4th boss so I guess it evened out, but I certainly had an easier and quicker time on Mayhem 1. So I'll stick to Mayhem 1 I think.

To be honest I prefer the legendary bounty hunter for fl4k legendary class mods that percent chance to activate your kill skills particularly the most dangerous game feels amazing
i farm graveward a lot with the bounty hunter and man EVERY DAMN TIME i have multiple buffs and jut shred the guy lol
@@sumireravenclaw8034 true I tend to swap between the cosmic stalker and bounty hunter using the bounty hunter when boss farming as it's a much easier way to get my kill skills to proc and using the cosmic stalker when mobbing as the extra boost to my skills feels a lot better since I'm able to proc my hunter skills naturally
Just got a Nagata and it destroys. Tried it on rampager and just spammed whenever he stood still, dealt heaps of damage
You can use the Nova Berner with Zane and the skill that copies shield's abilities to the barrier. All it will do though is act like a grenade when you throw the barrier out. Makes it kinda viable.
The funny thing is, I got the brainstormer from farming Rampager (during this event) but still have yet to get the Kill-o-the-wisp after hours of farming rampager

Wow, Borderlands 3 died quickly, the repeatable content the game has is beyond pointless. There isn't a single reason to do proving grounds, circle of Slaughter, TVHM or most of the bosses. Grinding legendaries for what? Especially when I've got level 50's of every decent leg in my bank already.

Posting this to all zane main content creators in hopes some one sees this and makes a video.
I really hope you see this comment. You need to get a snowdrift splatter gun artifact and a tedriore shotgun that when you throw it will MIRV into multiple projectiles that have the HOMING effect. This allows zane to get the most out of his speed skills while sliding and also increases that slide speed for even more damage. And yes the splater gun artifact(+50% shotgun damage while sliding) does apply to all tedriore shotgun reloads. With this method you will be sliding around super fast, shooting once indiscriminately, and rapid throwing the shotgun. And yes it is a lot of control input but oh boy is it so worth it.
Godroll bitches can have upwards of +175% crit damage tho. Very underrated and my favorite smg along side crossroads. Hellfire isn't as good as both of these, 9volt is for shield strips, night Hawking is only viable if you reset the map to night time on top of reseting until you get good mh3 modifiers, and i don't see the appeal of the ten gallon. Top 3 for me are Godroll bitch, basically any crossroads, and night Hawking (but the resets/ setup to get the most out of it isn't worth it imo)
What's the point of farming legendaries if there's no end game content gearbox really drop the ball not adding invincibles back

Graveward takes me about 5-10 seconds and i don't farm the twins because there stupid fuckign HP negate greyed bar. bullshit I should be able to just kill them in seconds with a build that kills literally every other boss in seconds lol.
@@sumireravenclaw8034 IMO tbh, games shouldn't really be expected to have an extensive end game plan unless they are subscriber based, or otherwise free to play but depend on microtransaction income. Go play FF14 if you want a real and constant end game experience to enjoy learning with friends. And very few raid boss fights and even bosses in normal dungeons are simple or easy to master and repeat the mechanics, even in the 24 man raids, everyone has a roll and an expectation of understanding the mechanics, if a player is out of position and not focused on the challenge at hand, he could easily wipe the whole party or raid depending the mechanics of the fight.
Something hard and challenging that requires the full extent of your abilities, not just constant farming. Just learning to play any of the classes is a learning curve in itself, my ability rotation was at least 30-40 key strokes all time to maximize damage on more than one character. It's constant learning because they make new raids and raid bosses and content basically monthly and then they add 2 harder and longer versions of every single one of them and often times the fights are totally different, so there is always a cutting edge and an almost constant reason to play. Hell if you take a week off you probably missed a special event have things to catch up on lol.
And the Casino in the game is the size of an actual casino with all sorts of games, even card tournaments based on the in game card game, not just 4 shitty slot machines in moxie's shitty bar.
Like, what's the "first raid boss" in BL3 going to consist of? Some basic mechanics and then doing damage to the boss perhaps during a few separate phases where you and 3 other people can learn it in an hour or 2? Back in my day a "raid" was 40 people every night for 4 hours straight and 1 person making one mistake can fuck it up and i'm talking about WoW. The idea of the "raid" has been softened so badly. Anything in BL3 is not going to be a "raid", in raiding, emotions and friendships are tested. There's anger, and drama, and yelling, and it's complex and intricate. In a raid you have a "leader". Do you really need a leader for 4 people to repeat some shooter mechanics? Maybe for the first 2 or 3 times, but you're not going to be kicking your longterm guild member out of the raid because he just couldn't get it down and then have to look for a new tank - and then AUDITION one, or several. Bl3 is a looter shooter with stats on it's gear that give it some RPG qualities. But go look at this raid boss from 5 years ago in FF14 ruclips.net/video/4rsWL6Z_NJE/видео.html
Titan Extreme Mode took weeks, sometimes months to learn. It was so fast and brutal. Every single one of those attacks the players are dodging could likely kill them in 1 or 2 hits, 8 people in a party, 2 healers, if one of your healers doesn't keep doing her job of healing the party AND pay attention to exact positioning IMMEDIATELY, that's gonna be a failed attempt because now she's dead and it took 2 healers to keep the tank alive from how much damage the boss was doing.
Say your a DPS class and you step in something in there, that's you dead and a healer having to res you - thus risking the tank, thus risking the raid. This perspective was from the class of Monk - a melee fighter who's attacks only registered max damage if they were done from the back or the side depending on the attack, and they had to happen in a specific order in order to maximize damage as, thus the term "rotation" so he has to know the position to avoid all of those AOEs titan is throwing out AND also maximize his DPS because if you couldn't kill him in a certain amount of time eventually the healers will just run out of mana. You can see the skills hes using scroll down the right hand side, the class required you to not just be in the correct physical position of the enemy's back or flank, but each attack you used put you in one of 3 forms, of which only certain attacks could be used. IE. ability 1 attacks the side, puts him in form 2, and he then has to use an ability from the back to enter form 3, and finishes that part of the combo with his 3rd ability which had to be from the side. But the first ability, he has 2 choices, he attacked from the side because it gives the boss a debuff that lowers his stats and helps the tank take less damage, so now he has to make sure that ability 1 is still up on the boss (only lasted 10 seconds) or he couldn't use ability 1.A which did more damage because he had to make sure the boss was debuffed firstly - but there in lies the problem, the Monk was the highest damage class at the time - it's soul purpose was to be at the top of the DPS meter, so he had to make situational decisions based on his position, his next attack and the bosses next attack. I played a Dragoon as well in that game, who's highest possible DPS could only be achieved by follow a 40 key combination of skills and buffs, all of which were intended to increase his damage and self buffs to the point where his highest damage ability which was on a long cooldown could do a massive amount of damage. It took me several days to master it.
That's the difference in games with TRUE end game content and a game like BL3. It's the sheer complexity of the entire experience put together that makes it both challenging and amazing. In Bl3, you loot, you shoot,a few different types of guns based on an enemies weakness to them perhaps, and you use a handful of abilities based on a talent tree. You can be ressed by anyone, you can take cover and know when to peek and when not to and know what mobs to focus first - but that's about as complicated as the game get's unfortunately.
I don't think you will ever see something like that in BL3, not to even mention the simple fact that each of these character classes are working with 30+ skills on their bar most of which are used and needed accordingly. That complexity, will never be in a looter shooter, the fan base enlarge wouldn't be dedicated to learning something as complex as that video anyway - because only a few hundred maybe on a server of over 10,000 ever even attempted to learn that fight. Most people just don't have the knack for it. Not knocking casuals, but a "raid" is by definition, not casual. It's organized and precise to achieve a goal of top tier loot that no one else has - perhaps in the entire world. So in order to create a raid, Borlderlands would have to somehow become "elitist" and it's just not really, because it's relatively simple, you don't generate that kind of audience.

I've spent 5ish hours farming the Ravager for the Kill-o'-the-Wisp, with zero luck. Mayhem 1, Mayhem 3, doesn't matter. The gun doesn't drop.

The bitch is a very skill based weapon opposite of the crossroads. However if you can deal constant crits and get a good roll it is the highest DPS SMG in the game.
I mean rares seems like the next logical step. Theres some interesting stuff there like the Headspoder, chuppas organ, the hive the electric banjo and the rising dragon. Also stuff like the one pump chump wich i bet everyone knows about at this point... ow also lootagrams wich potentially drop 4 S tier guns. Maybe do 2 vids cos it is alot of content. Hammetlock hunts and actual rares

@@King-Beezy Lootagrams have a pool of i believe 4 legendary weapons specific to them. They're world drops but a "quick" way to get them is lootagrams. And iirc they're all top tier weapons.

I'm like lvl 35 and I'm still using the sub machine gun that sprays corrosive and electricity in 5 lines consecutively. I just spray that shit everywhere. It's called the Stark Tsunami. So yeah I use a lot of sub machine gun ammo.
IDK about any of these from this list, but I just got a legendary that is fire based sub machine gun that has really good accuracy/aim and when you reload it turns into a little turret that seems to last for a really long time. And I'm playing as Zane, so yeah I've got 3 AI doing about 75% of the work for me lol :D i just stay alive and loot the place while doppleganger and the turrets take over ahhahah
Although im thinking of switching my build to orange main with green off because zane can be pretty squishy when you don't have your cooldowns up. The bottom 2 orange talent for him is amazing tho, doppleganger is stupidly useful when it's got a good gun. I like to set him up with this handgun that has a 380% crit damage bonus and it richocchets every head shot, so he can basically yeet the fuck out of a whole outpost as long as you're covering him well.
Also my absolute favorite item ive got so far is actually just an epic low damage with a high radius grenade that has 2 money properties on it, so running Zane Nade build the doppleganger and I can just spam 1 bullet clip shotguns, just nading at stuff every 8 seconds for several minutes and I can get several 10s of thousands an hour doing that. :D That's the only way Im every paying for that 2.3 million dollar final inventory upgrade.
I got the nagata first play through first try and when I got to the level to use it I got the epicenter which was way better

Kind of skipped Borderlands 2 didn't bother with Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode also I didn't bother doing that Fight for Santuary DLC for Borderlands 2, skipped that as well, just went onto Borderlands 3 instead, I have to do that another time for Borderlands 2. I didn't bother finishing the Pre Sequel on Ultimate Vault Hunter too, yeah I just didn't have that much time not to be funny with you, Stuck on that purple Goliath on Borderlands 3 but... I'll have to find a strategy to defeat it some how. Can't progress if you can't defeat a certain boss. Just a tip, if you have a brainstormer use phasegrasp, ties that bind, and whatever element your enemies are weak to. Use the hellwalker Amara build and have fun killing 5+ annointed with one magazine on tvhm m3 :)
Gear that helps! Relic that boosts element damage (preferably the one that gives an extra 183 % elemental damage with whatever elemental dot is effecting you) this stacks really well when you have the 30% bullet deflect modifier so long as you have the transformer. My transformer absorbs bullets and puts it back in my mag and all the electrecution doesnt effect you cause of the transformer. Shock hex and honestly any class mod that boosts element damage

I was just farming Graveward while watching this video and while he was talking about getting the Bitch from Tyreene, it spawned from Graveward. Almost exactly the same except mine is calle the Develping Bitch and has slightly different stats. Guess I don't have to farm her now lol
Fuck that, Mayhem 3 is the most difficult one so that's the one I enjoy playing too. It should be a higher rate for the unique drops. The 5 times the normal world drop rate is awesome though, especially on TVHM. The NGata is great for huge bosses that cant move out of the way.

Not sure if relevant, but I got a different blue unique from The Graveward while trying to farm an Earworm. Dropped a Jakobs sniper called "The Hunt(ed)".
The Bitch feels extremely weak in this game compared to its BL2 counterpart as the base damage isn’t enough to justify the crit boost (unlike the Unforgiven where it’s a 1-shot monster usually)

Ill tell you something theres been some Boss Nerfs and Gun Buffs recently as Gearbox decided to change some things here and there, if it's to do with Bosses and Guns, especially Killavolt as the whole entire Arena doesn't make it all shocking on the ground like it used to, anyhoo I like what they did, prefer it that way and it isn't as fustrasting as it used to be, some of them can be Nerfed a bit but I know that Purple Goliath is going to be next hopefully in that theatre due to that shock wave he drops and crushes the ground and sends a beam wave with destroys all your shields, he might not do that as often, I like these changes, I hope they continue to do it.

I got a lot of these from farming different bosses than mentioned in the video and multiple copies of some (Nagata, Kill O Wasp, Echo). Regardless, the video was good.
Would be nice to have a video about legendaries and annointments to watch out for, as a semi-fresh 50 it's a bit overwhelming how many legendaries there are and how many aren't that good, I bet I've sold a few that I should have kept.
And after that there is me..... killing mouthpiece 6 times in mayhem 3 and drop shit, after the 6th battle I give up and in the chest after the boss I find it synergized bitch( I think it’s tyreen drop) 😂

Katagawa ball is my go to farm. My only gripe with it is the lack of vending machines close by, so whenever my inventory is full I either gotta run back to Sanctuary or the fast travel at Skywell-27 to sell my items

I feel like the good guns in this game are too good and obviously there will be bad legendary gear but i think the bad legendaries need some buffs. All i find myself using recently is lucians call and flakker with occasional scourge or lyuda. I feel like im missing something :(
Nagata works awesome on Fl4k if u´re playing the pet focused blue build with the black hole abillity of the blue pet, and i can imagine workin fine on amara with the phase lock abillity
Tbh The Bitch SMG is my favorite by far, the crits hit so hard and while the night hawking has more base damage the changing elements is not really reliable to me, just imagine using it to weaken a shield and it starts doing incendiary damage smh..

@@marseille1196 Before I even got sanctuary when I started my TVHM play through the first legendary dropped in an area you can't jump to. Or at least I can't I honestly tried for about 30 minutes lol but I usually enjoy trying to get out of maps as a hobby since Halo 2 so it was fun but still annoying to have to wait till I finished 3 more story missions to see what dropped (it was a class mod for a class I don't play (yet)... boooo!)
