For some reason, Dsers changed the multiplier to a percentage format. This means that if you want to multiply the original product price by 2, you should enter 200%. For a multiplier of 3.5, enter 350%, and so on. Hope this makes things clear!

How to solve the customer's problem? 1- What should we do if they ask for their money back? 2- What should be done if their product was sent wrongly or if their product has a problem and they are not satisfied? 3- Does Desers agree to send a healthy product to the customer? @@veronicamoodycorbett2349 i think you have issues with so called: "minimum markup percentage" or "automatic pricing rule" just check in the setting if you have these enabled and if you have, then disable them because they override your manual price input. Its also possible that the product itself has these settings or rules which you can NOT disable which is unfortunate. I hope this helps
