He was the original Donald Trump of his time. He predicted NAFTA was a rip-off for the U.S., and he was proven correct all these years later.

@@tedgegi155 NAFTA was a rip off for Mexico's farmers who couldn't compete with higher tech farm machinery in the U.S., The result was more guest worker laborers leaving Mexico to work here, and staying past their guest worker visa expiration.
If you'd just let him finish, you could find out just how annoying he was.

This was probably one of the most memorable political segments of the 90s and it wasn't even real.

The House Republicans, as a political stunt, pushed Clinton toward a balanced budget. Clinton then counter-maneuvered the GOP by embracing the idea and taking credit for the surplus. Sometimes political games actually end up making great policy.

Dana Carvey did more damage to this country in his portrayal of Ross Perot, than many politicians ever did. We truly lost an amazing opportunity to see what Perot could have done to change the political theater in The U.S.
