Thank you for this. I was asked to precept a new nurse at the end of her orientation. So she was supposed to be basically fully on her own at that point. But i found myself having to jump in so much. Her orientation got extended so now i have 4 more shifts with her, so I'm hoping i can use some of these tips and be a good resource for her and help her to feel more confident in her skills and comfortable with the job
