- A Justice Court judge delayed the hearings for two Rancho High School teens who are accused of beating and killing their classmate to review additional video. Jaewon Jung reports.
No parents wanted to be filmed or speak , but this one young man did a sent prayers , the parents need to be like him .

Out of all the adults of these P.O.S's, it was a teen who actually spoke and tried to be sincere with his words. That definitely speaks volumes for the parents and their great parenting skills, I really hope the judges see this news clip of that part.
This should be tried as a hate crime.

No he DID NOT he played both sides. He literally began by saying its a tough situation for all involved. His family member will NOT see jail time his family member will be REWARDED by his community for killing an evil "white boy". I thought what that young man said was heartfelt and genuine, especially giving condolences to Jonathan and his family. He wasn't prompted to say anything, and yet he spoke to the reporter out of his own volition.

@@Dgafsranger As you said there's enough evidence so an admission doesn't change anything, with that said there's no chance he's being saved by a merciful judge jury or prosecutor when that's the case.
totally agree, much respect to him for sending his condolences. It is sad that it resulted in this but kids need to be taught that it is not okay to do what they did.

We need to change the laws that say innocent till proven guilty. That was before DNA/videos/cameras etc. when it is clearly the accused they are certainly not innocent. Unless they have an identical twin wearing the exact same clothes and driving the exact car with the same license plate The laws need to change. They are not innocent. Clearly shown!
There are all kinds of reasons why DNA is not the ultimate answer in getting a conviction - sometimes it's there for other reasons, just for example. You still have to go through the trial process. I understand your feelings, it's obvious they did it. But you can't get a conviction without a trial or an admission of guilt.
