Apparently it’s virtually impossible for it to be successful due to their massive sense of superiority and need to manipulate and lie. Death penalty (in states so backwards it’s still used) is the worst lawful thing we as a society can do to someone who leaves us no other option.
Incarceration is the second most awful thing we can do when it the least bad option the offender leaves us.
The act of removal of liberty is the punishment. Treating inmates as subhumans unworthy of the must basic human dignity, food that isn’t actually harmful to their health, access to family via phone and email that doesn’t cost $15 fir 3 minutes etc etc shows only one thing.
Those who delight in this kind thing are often worse than the inmates as human beings.

He's so gracious to take the time out of his day to explain law to a Professional Judge with decades of experience and the District Prosecutor also with decades of experience as a Criminal Attorney. His 0 years of law school and 0 years of practicing law in court really shows.

I honestly don’t mind being in jail … what I do mind is not being able to order my food as I wish, not having satin sheets, the fit and color of the clothing, not being able to come and go as I wish, my neighbors, the hours, lack of a spa, my barber, the noise, lousy room service, rude people, restrictions… and a few other things. These are all things they can improve on with a bit of effort on their part.

It will be the same judge as the one in this video - Judge Michelle Levitte. He tried to have her removed as the judge on the grounds that she has a bias towards him and cannot be fair and objective as a result. That motion was also denied.
