A phenomenal achievement. I'm pleased to hear of the young members of the Club being so enthusiastic and thus having a break from electronic devices....excluding DCC of course!
By chance, earlier today, whilst on one of my volunteering days at the Buckinghamshire Railway Centre, we got to discussing trams in Central London and the fact that they were not allowed the use of overhead catenary for the electrical power. Instead, they used a pick-up arrangement buried deep in the road, midway between the rails - something I'd never heard of. Is this what is depicted in the tramway modelled on the Copenhagen Fields layout?
Oh my the lady killers house something I’d hope to aspire to build for my layout one day and been done brilliant, but it’s still on my todo list 😊regards Fred
Great to see the layout working now (just read about in the Railway Modeller) and hearing such positive news about younger members getting into the hobby, a really good interview. If you have any clips of the rear staging that would be nice and extremely informative to see so can appreciate how it all fits together. It’s a critical part of a complex layout like this and one folk unfortunately gloss over or omit in their videos and articles. Many thanks for posting, best regards Stephen
Hi Tom, I bought the n gauge model a few weeks ago, the quality of the 3d printing is incredible! Thanks for your video, it really helps with painting the model, and also getting the context right, i did not realise just how close the railway was to the back of the house! i will try to do justice to the best 3d printed model i have yet bought! Its going to be next door to the inoxion 3d printed Crooked House pub on my little layout, i think there are a few subsidence issues!

Fantastic layout! Nice to see A4 "Dominion of Canada" on an express. Can't miss the CPR bell!
Amazing detail, well done to all those involved
Brilliant Tom! It was such a pleasure to say hello to you at Chatham Dockyard this year!
Nice interview with Tim. The MRC is going strong but always welcomes new members.

I say this every time you release a new video but I love your channel Tom. You're building up a rich variety of content. Superb as always.
Thanks G, I'll invite you along next time.

@@jezrourke thanks, that's great to hear 😀
I was there on Sunday, the first question I asked was... where's Mrs lopsided house......
Interesting. Some of the goods trains appeared to being driven too fast.
That's how it's done. How can anyone even contemplate building a 'modern image' layout?
