Smartest Desicion Sony has ever made, this looks like its gonna be a Modern Classic. Sony finally has their own Mascott and its perfect. And Ubisoft just keeps ignoring the Demand for a Rayman game and pumps out 5 editions for one game
You should have tried Astro Bot Rescue Mission on PSVR 1 back in the PS4 era. It was amazing and a better Mario game than Mario thanks to all the creativity and inspiration in how to utilize VR to be fully immersed in that world.
@@dairub1790 They change the mascot each generation, PS1 was Crash, PS2 was Ratchet, PS3 was Sackboy, PS4 they tried with Knack but didn't work out so they stuck with Sackboy, and now it's Astro.
Hopefully Astro Bot keeps improving its ability to utilize DualSense's entire feature set. Astro's Playroom still remains one of the best games when it comes to using the controller's features.

It looks absolutely incredible! Astro Bot: Rescue Mission on PSVR blew our minds and was our inspiration behind making our very own VR platformer: Max Mustard. Even though this new title isn't headed to PSVR2, we hope to help fill the void for anyone wanting another charming VR platformer! 😄

It's a platformer. It's like saying that you think of Mario because you see a mascot character jumping. It looks like Astro Bot Rescue Mission on PSVR1 which was and played incredible, back in 2018, but with even more creativity thrown in it.
Seeing all these references of other games, made me wanting that Astro Bot could get the other figures as costumes, or even better as power up costumes.
Well, according to the devs, reuniting the characters with their specific object from the gacha (for example: Aloy's bow, Ash's pencil, Kat's guardian and such) unlocks a special action for them.
@@fenexus404 The thing with Knack is that people expected it to be a 3D platform game, but that's not its' main focus. It's quite enjoyable for a 3D beat-em up (especially on higher difficulties). It has a lot of issues, but it's not this horrible game people make it out to be.
Ever since the demo this is all we have wanted keep em coming after this one. Astro is definitely a great idea for creating a mascot synonymous the PlayStation. Sort of a PlayStation Mario type!
