Summer Vibe Part 3 ! I wanted to play this one for so many years, cause this song is so special for lot of us... so epic. First part of the video, JAMES guitar / Second part of the video, KiRK Guitar ! cause they never play the same things so... Eb standard tuning for this one as they play or like me, use THE DROP by Digitech (amazing pedal) to not touch your guitar tuning ! Lot of fun with Kirk's slide part - Be sure to put yourself in. This track as they did in the studio is really a master piece for rock rhythm guitars Be sure to read informations during the video and description, be sure to thump up, comment and singing and dancing through the song ! As usaully, the first who beg for Blackened will have one hour free lesson on line, pack of strings, meal to Mcdonald's with me, my place for one month holidays etc... :-)
Sans aucun doute les meilleures guitar lessons de Metallica de tout le web ! Toujours un plaisir de voir tes nouvelles vidéos, réalisées avec tant de passion et de précision...keep on rocking bro, ne change rien, tu es au top 🤘!
A brilliant cover of one of my favourite songs. I really appreciate the info about the pedals used. It is really one of your best videos, especially with all the added detailed descriptions.
Hey man, Thanks for the whole video. Its pretty well detailed. Great technique with the slide. It is seems easy to slide smoothly, but it is not. Well found the sound set for kirk. Im just practicing this song by ear but this surely helps a lot. Abrazos!
hell yeah bro, i really like load/garage inc. era metallica, in my opinion its one of metallica's best era's just because of how unique it was compared to everything else
Hard to say what is best, but the way they play these songs in this era is particularly brillant (Bob Rock, Jason era) really love that unique time too 👍🏻
Julien please do a demo of Revvg3 🙏. I know you mentioned you use it so it would be of great help to see how you use it (for solos especially). Thanks man!
Off on the solo.. there is a tremelo picked part. Also right before the " out there in the spotlight " where kirk is on the 12th fret he ends it with a slide from 24.
Thanks for another incredibly detailed video!! Definitely my go to channel when trying to learn a Metallica song!! Regarding you gear, do you feel any considerable lag when using the Digitech drop? And are you using some kind of multi effects unit, or are you micing your amp? I have Fender Tone Master Pro and I would like to achieve those beautiful tones!! Thank you!
Thank you very much friend, I appreciate that. The Drop is totally amazing, I feel absolutely nothing when I use it - same when I use it for one step lower (sad but true, whiskeys in the jar, things should not be) For gear to make it quickly : Revv D20 head set totally clean - Revv G3 for crunch - with Xotic BB for lead - Torpedo two notes for the cab (incl. in the Revv D20) Before my King Nothing video I have fender clean amp head supersonic22 with same pedals and real cab mic’d Some effects here and there depends on what I need for the song. Hope it gives a start.
I mention this information in the video to show both way (Kirk's and mine) can works good, there is no rule for that. The only rule is to feel good and... sound good ! Kirk use to never change something on the rhythm parts, he plays the same thing all the time once he fix himself (of course it's possible to find exceptions to this) James is the one who play lot of variations on rhythm parts for so many songs.
@@TotalNightmaree nah it’s super simple as far as playing goes. Just can’t stand the song. Julien is the best on YT with his Metallica covers. Just wish he would hit some more of the older stuff. Last song was that MI movie song, can’t stand that one either haha.
It's not super simple at all, to make it sounds right, it's not at all. It's not fast or something, but it needs some other stuff - more rock in a way - every metal guy should practice and play these kind of things to win some musicality in the tone and the playing. But this is just my point of view ;-) And to be honest i was need more "airy" songs after finishing Master and Ride.

I love u man, Next song Low Man Lyrics or all AJFA haha i need that
Beautiful this song hits hard man, ( when more from The kill em all? Please 🥺)
Please do the frayed ends of sanity 🙏
The echoey distorted leads are so haunting dude.
Kirk was so inspired the day he recorded that song 🎵

Bravo Julien! more from garage inc please! Let´s go for mercyful fate medley. 12min of satan!
Could you teach some Death Magnetic songs?
Can you make a tutorial of The day that never comes please
Can you do stone cold crazy? There is no normal tutorial, I will really appreciate it. Thanks.
When will you do The Frayed Ends Of Sanity ?
Sorry im new here. Is there a specific reason for the lack of a blackened tab?
Is your plan to do every Metallica song ever eventually? Do you think there will come a point where you even cover Metallica's song with Ja Rule?
Wich guitar is this one?
Same as all my others videos - Tokai Les Paul - ESP KH2 - Both made in Japan 🇯🇵
Kirk parts more straight because his pinky used for slide, so he can only play power chord

frayed ends of sanity soon?
Blitzkrieg please🪖
Lars finally reduced his kit to only his hi-hat.
No remorse?
Ughh😢
