We Had a Chance to See and hear you very spontanous at minack. This was such a nice, beautiful show. This was one of the greatest days on our Road Trip and is and will be a wonderful memory. Thank you for that.

Although we live in Scotland we are making a special trip to Cornwall for the Minack Theatre concert. Got to see these guys one last time and it has to be at the most iconic venue.

I have Friends on the first thing I ever bought from SOH. It’s on a tape I bought from Steve at the back of the barn at The Bull at Nettlebed folk festival. That tape has classics on it, like Exile, Tall Ships, homes for heroes , Sit you down, Solo..I could go on. I was hooked from that moment in I think 1988 ( trying to work it out because it was the first time I had left my kids for the weekend and I had my son in April 1987 but fed him myself for almost a year so it must have been after that! )
I have to say, the best thing about seeing anyone live can be the bits between the songs. I was so bored at a Queen concert, because im short, couldn’t see and they just relied on the songs and lighting with nothing in between, that I ended up outside having a drink with the barman during the concert! No danger of that with you two!
I wish I could make it to the last tour but I’ve been unable to go to concerts for some years now due to the health of myself and my husband.
Seen you guys at least 4 times. Thanks for every one of those performances.
Loved your Hitchin concert. Hope to see you guys in whatever you do next- perhaps in the summer festivals somewhere.
