This is a beautiful soap! I am new to cp soapmaking. I've only been doing it for about about 5 months and I am totally soap crazy. Your video was very enjoyable to watch. Thank you for explaining what you did as the "fix", even though you didn't show it in the video. I was totally able to understand the concept of what you did for the fix. Beautiful job. I will be looking for more of your videos. :)
Hi Lisa! Thank you very much! That is awesome that you have discovered soaping! I know what you mean about "soap crazy" Hahahaha trust me it never goes away! I'm happy you enjoyed the video 😀 I post new videos every week!
Gorgeous process. I love Black Raspberry Vanilla too. I just restocked my sugar scrubs. Well done. Two soapy thumbs up from one soapy creator to another :)Jen
hey - some tips, add salt (1 teaspoon per lb oils) to your lye water or sodium lactate 1-3%, when unmoulding silicone, pull the sides away and then leave for 12hrs for the water to escape. This should save your corners, also a water reduction can help silicone - although this design needed playing time. To cut cleanly you can get double handle knives, I have seen a lot of MP soapers use them. It will be 1 even cut across. Hope that helps xx
Yes on the salt and the sodium lactate, I always use both! I know if I just left it to sit in the mold longer than a day I would be good to go! I just cant wait lol
Get a tap knife. It's a 12 inch blade...they also come in 28 inch but that cost a lot more...but to allows you to cup a slab mold in one pass for each section.
You would have an easier time cutting the bars with a pastry cutter (or bench scraper) than a butcher knife. I got mine at the dollar tree for a buck. Totally worth it.
Very pretty psychedelic soap. I was thinking about purchasing that mold from WSP, how many pounds of oils do you use to fill it all the way to the top?
hoardofthestrings no, not at all! I have tried both ways. The cups allow the soap flow out in rings vs pouring colors on top of each other causing a very muddy look .
Beautiful :) If you don't mind can you mark this one CC Black Raspberry Vanilla so we will know it is the one that has the cotton candy frag in it..gotta a feeling I'm gonna want me some of this >:P
Absolutely beautiful!! I wish I could smell it! Your ingredients have to make an amazing bar of soap!🧼 Thank you for sharing!
Oh Kelli! You picked the perfect colors for this awesome design. Love, Love, Love it!!!
Oh thank you Debbie! I am glad you like it!
Kelli, thanks for taking the time to share this process. Its no small task to offer this and your soap is beautiful, which is alway a bonus. :)

When will this be on your etsy shop?
It will be ready in 2 weeks!
Very pretty psychedelic soap. I was thinking about purchasing that mold from WSP, how many pounds of oils do you use to fill it all the way to the top?
Thank you! It holds a 3 pound batch perfectly. It's a nice mold
Wouldn't the same result be achieved by just pouring in two spots without the cups?
hoardofthestrings no, not at all! I have tried both ways. The cups allow the soap flow out in rings vs pouring colors on top of each other causing a very muddy look .
It looks great. How can I order this soap
Rosalind Taylor I have a shop on Etsy. If you search envy soapworks you will find it easily 😊

Jan Macak I picked those up at Walmart for a couple bucks! Love those little beakers!
You seem to switch out table cloths to match your soaps
I just bought one of your soaps from your Esty shop!! :-D\
Hi Jan!! Well thank you very much! I love new customers to spoil!! 😀
If you put it in the freezer for a 1/2 hour or so it will unmold so easy!!
Awesome.
Thank you very much!

Thank you ! Lol, yes I will!
Wow!
Will you remind me. I would like a bar.
Absolutely!!
pretty...
Thank you!
How do you cover it and wrap it up without damaging the top?
Charlene Montoya I don't ever cover or wrap up my soap. I just spray it with alcohol and leave it exposed overnight.
Envy Soapworks wow, I have always wrapped my soaps, I didn't know you could leave them open! Thanks for the quick response!
