Hey Joe! Just discovered your channel and gave you a sub. DSOTM is my all-time fav album. Very unique that the first LP you bought was by an artist you didn't like. Actually, me and Glen went to Tulsa in Oct 2023 to the visit the Dylan Museum. Cheers!
Nice, Joe! Enjoyed this episode as always. Solid picks. Love Mule. Saw Warren open for the Dead at Alpine Valley in the earlier 2000s. So many people were in the venue early that Warren came out ahead of schedule and played an extra solo acoustic set with a heartfelt speech and a thank you to everyone for being so early. Then he played the regular opener. AND then he played with the Dead. That man is always workin double duty and then some. Outstanding tag, Joe. Love it.
Great job with this Tag. That's a great Santana album. That Pink Floyd SACD looks amazing. Allman Brothers Filmore is a killer live album. That's a great Black Keys album! SRV! I had fun with this tag as well. Cheers
Hey Joe..thank you for doing this..I just subbed your channel…Abraxas is a classic..SACDs are great..I sold my OPPO SACD player last year so Injustice kept my hybrid discs..love the Allman Brothers..Dylan is my favourite artist..so happy you finally figured it out..wow..Govt Mule..we have very similar tastes…Eat A Peach is my favourite Allman album..that is one I have on SACD..I loved your video..look forward to following your content..thanks Glen
I just got the remastered copy of Eat A Peach yesterday and listened to it today. I've been wanting to get that on vinyl for a while but the price has usually been around $39. That's a little more than I wanted to pay so I kept a lookout and was able to get it for $20.57 and that included the tax and shipping. And it was a brand new copy too. I found an original copy recently at my dad's house. He'd stuck it away in a closet at his last home before we had to sell it over the summer. It was the Capricorn label pressing and when I checked it it turned out being either a first or second pressing. I was happy about that. But I didn't find that out until I pulled out the record and noticed it had literally melted from being in his house in the Texas heat I guess after he wasn't living there anymore. Ironically he had two Allman Brothers Band album sets and both of those were the only records that had melted and warped. What a bummer. I don't have any SACDs but I may have to eventually get one and see if it will play in my Blu-ray player. I did not realize they played in those or at least a lot of those players until seeing your video. So thanks for that info! Brian in Fort Worth
@@Bootradr thanks for checking out my tag! I should have been more specific, but not all bluray players do. But quite a few Sony Blu-ray players have the capability. Just got to see if it does. It's an inexpensive way to get into SACD'S
