Great promo vid for the Fox RC1’s!!! I own a 2000 FXDX and switched to the RC1’s last year from stock. Wow what a difference in not only performance and handling but comfort as well. I ride both 1 and 2 up with the addition of Leather Pro 2’s and these shocks are amazing.
I have always focused on brakes and suspension upgrades first, turning and stopping to me equate fun. Power can come later. If you are not on a track just how much power does one need. I have plenty of power with a stage 1 2017 Roadster.
I'm trying to find very good shocks for a Sportster/Dyna. I'm just a weekend rider but i have a bad back with a spine fusion. I need max comfort. Progressive 412's sucked!!!
I tend to leave the bottom dial alone. The top one ill go as soft as possible for touring trips and riding 2 up, hard as possible in the twistys, and in the middle for everything else
+paul skipp thanks man! You don't really realize how shitty the front suspension is until you upgrade the rear lol. Definitely going to have to upgrade it but haven't done any research as to what to get just yet
Bike N' Bird thanks for the reply. I had one more question. I’m about to buy my first bike and sort of follow in your footsteps with all the upgrades, but I’m curious why you chose the street bob over the low rider s because I’m torn between the two? Can you help me make a decision.

i like this new approach, first impression vs. some impressions after you put some time into it. well done.
Dude your Dyna is going to be the most badass Dyna you keep putting all those sweet accessories on her.
+Eric warren haha thanks man! Also I got your fan mail this morning. Thanks again in advance!
Bike N' Bird you’re welcome man.
Love how the bike is coming along. Can't wait to get back to my FXDB and get a new seat and pipes on it and cruise central Texas

Did you replace the front suspension as well? Wondering how the braking was improved with the new suspension
I’d love to toss something like these on my bike, but I run a pro-pipe and I’m thinking they won’t fit/ I’d have to get another exhaust.
FXDLS1990 depends on the length you want. I think you’d be able to get away with 13.5 before the lower shock bolt gets in the way
Thanks Im thinking about investing in them an they seem nice, but are expensive
Good vid mate! Expensive but like you say you gotta pay to play and it seems like a pretty good buy ! 👍👍🍺👊🥃
what was your settings after riding them for a while are you still in the middle

Nice video bird! How do you feel the front suspension performs compared to the rear? Got plans for the front?

Bike N' Bird ohlins nix 22
Would you still be able to fit leather pro retro bags with those shocks on?
+Anthony Sozio yes. I would need to flip them to where the reservoirs are towards the motor but they would still fit

Anthony Sozio if you got the money go for he lowrider s! 110 and dual disc is enough to buy it
Peter Zamudio awesome, thanks man
What length of the box shox do you run?
