Thank you for this. Excellent walk through that is very straight forward without any nonsense which is most appreciated. They are beautiful! Have a wonderful day :-)
Hi, Phil nd hope all is well and you're out dragging out suppers. We used to do this till we both got allergic to them. Yall remain calm and have a Jesus weekend!
All is well here. Just needing more rain. My garden is looking terrific, as long as I keep watering it. Hope to start picking green beans soon. I'm going to French them this year. Might have a video on it. bought one of those fancy 'frencher' doohickeys. Always good to hear from you, Lewie!
Thank you for the steps. Are the lids expected to be sealed when you take the jars out of the boiling water, or that happens only after they cool down?
What should someone do for boiling if their altitude is below 1,000 feet? I mean, it won't hurt anything to just boil the jars with contents for a minimum of 10 minutes, will it? (I'm worried about not doing this right, but I'm also worried about the jars just exploding or something for boiling too long, too, which I'm sure can happen...)
This is the simplest explanation ive seen about how to do this. Thanks for keeping it that way. Alot of us old folks follow simple best
Glad it helped
