    This is amazing!! I also hate chopping garlic and onions, as well as butternut squash. I've recently started buying precut squash and preminced & frozen onions & garlic.

    The cashew cream sauces look so good! I recently ventured into tahini land and am excited to try more seed/nut sauces!

      oooooh! Sesame seeds hold a special place in my nutritionist heart because have more fiber, protein and omega fats per tablespoon than most other foods, but you need to eat quite a lot of them and I've never thought about tahini! Lemme know what cashew cream recipes you come up with!! I have 5 or 6 I rotate through and i'm lookin for more inspiration!
