What a great idea and video! This training I could use to get better fit for my adventure RUclips vlogs. 🤗

This video training is awesome! I would love you to do more so I can pretend like I am on the water paddleboarding rather that my work around on land set up! Please more!!!

I would like you to use a drone for your trainings. I think it would be a better perspective.

It definitely would provide some better perspectives. I just need someone to follow me around the whole time with it while I train haha.

      Yep that's a problem, hiring a camera crew.@@ethanhuffsup

    Thanks for the video! 💯
I’m currently working on my endurance. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
You must live in south Florida seeing mangroves? I live on the north gulf coast of Florida.

Glad you enjoyed it Blake! I’m actually currently located in La Paz, BCS, Mexico. We do have a lot of mangroves here though. Other than that, there’s just a lot of cactuses. 🌵So, a little drier climate than Florida. 😆

Hello Ethan, Quick question. How do you calculate your power? New to SUP. Considered I’used to bike, for biking I used a powermeter. But with SUP? Thanks

With SUP I'm now training more in heart rate zones as that allows me to be more accurate with my training and also help others know how much effort to put in as well. But, you can also go by feel. For example:
Zone 1: (60-120bpm) Effortless - you can easily talk all day paddling at this level.
Zone 2: (120-140bpm) Comfortable - you can hold a long conversation and not feel out of breath. Still able to breath in and out with only your nose.
Zone 3: (140-160bpm) Uncomfortable - you can say one complete sentence. Have to exhale out of your mouth.
Zone 4: (160-180bpm) Hard - you can say one word answers.
      Zone 5: (180+bpm) Very hard - can't speak.
I hope that helps and any future workouts I release will be using this info.🤙

What Go Pro mount are you using on the front of the SUP here? Amazing quality.

I’m actually using a camera called Insta 360 X3 mounted to the front of my board. That way I can get multiple angles from the 360 camera in post. Highly recommend it.
